Cons:

The place was worn down. The towels were grey (supposed to be white). Things seemed like they had seen better days. Difficult to figure out lobby area. Confusing.

Page i piękne okolice
Pros:

Klasyka amerykańskiego hotelu średniej półki :) Pokój wygodny, łazienka OK. Bardzo dużą zaletą było to, że można sobie przygotować posiłek (np kolację) i zjeść go w "śniadaniowni". Blisko Walmart więc produkty można tam zakupić. Śniadanie ok, standard amerykański więc warzyw i owoców nie uświadczysz :) Bardzo blisko do popularnych miejsc: Horshoe Bend, Page, Antelope Canyon etc.

Nic takiego nie było.

Pros:

The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast set up, which was included, wasn't too sparse nor too complicated, but good and easy to use. The pool and spa were really nice. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Frais prélevés après notre départ et hôtel mal entretenu

Notre chambre était propre

Cons:

- Des frais inexpliqués nous ont été pris après notre départ. J’ai appelé pour savoir de quoi il s’agissait, le réceptionniste m’a dit qu’il s’agissait d’une taxe appliquée en Arizona (ce qui est faux). Et par mail on me répond que c’est dû à ma banque car ce n’était pas des jours ouvrés… bref pas très clair cette histoire. Après réclamation à l’hôtel et à booking j’ai été remboursé.
- Hôtel mal entretenu (banquettes du petit déjeuner, manque de rideaux dans la chambre, extérieurs sales…)
- Des odeurs désagréables de nourriture qui arrivaient dans la salle de bains m’ont dérangés.
- Il était parfois difficile de se comprendre.

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Estaba bien limpio y la cama estaba bien. Buena ubicación.

El personal del desayuno no fue amable, no trataban bien a los huespedes. Malos modos. El desayuno con pocas opciones.
