Pros:

The bed in the second room we received was very comfortable. The room was clean and everything seemed to be in place.

Cons:

The first room we were given had a broken bed/frame that sloped from the foot to the headboard, but we were allowed to change rooms right away.
The second room had issues in the bathroom with loose tiles and grout, and spongy subfloor. A serious issue is at hand with this flooring.

Terrible experience. General manager was a complete failure at providing any assistance or hospitali
Pros:

Management was beyond unhelpful and extremely rude. Property was dirty. Hot tub had an oily film and no jets. AC was not functioning. Staff was not available to help with the issue. Somehow it was my fault for staying to 5 am and sleeping in my car prior to a busy work day.

Pros:

Site a bit cramped. I only had coffee because the folks I was in town to see planned a breakfast meeting
