Worst experience ever
Cons:

I stayed here with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in such an unhygienic condition that we felt uncomfortable using it. As a result, we went three nights without showering because the bathroom was simply unacceptable.

The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called. This was an incredibly stressful experience for my family and completely ruined our stay.

Based on our experience, we felt misled by the accommodation and believe that the service we received was completely unacceptable for paying guests. A clean and hygienic room is the bare minimum that any accommodation should provide.

I would strongly advise other travelers to carefully consider their options before booking this property. We would never stay here again.

Picked for location, but disapointed with cleanliness. Staff was advised on checkout.?

Very dirty. Please see attached photos. Reported issues at check out and they said someone would contact me. Please be advised to take the Wyndam name off so others will not be misled. The shower was so bad I didnot use it. No customer service? What happened to your chain?

See attached photos. Mirror broken with glass in sink, mold in shower, broken toilet seat, old food left in refridgerator, stains on carpet, red spatter on front of kitchen sink. Overall cleanliness VERY BAD. To tired to change hotels and front desk said sold out for the night so no other room. Please make this right so others do not have this nightmare.

Disgusting
Cons:

The room was a smoke free room yet it smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigs in the room. The shower was moldy and the towels were supposed to be white but they looked yellow. We couldn’t even spend the night. We had to find a different place to sleep
