Large bed, clean room.

Cons:

Under construction, not informed when booking was made. Upon check-in was told noise wouldn't be heard in room. Was woken up by workers hammering and jack hammer on 2 of 3 days stay. Breakfast which was included in price, not as described in ad. Received a bag with a juice, a banana and a granola bar. House phone not working. Had to get fresh towels from reception desk, even though I requested it from the housekeeping staff. Garbage left outside my door, wasn't picked up. Request to discuss with manager, was told he would be in the next morning. Morning came and was told manager wouldn't be in for another 2 days. Not impressed. Called head office to lodge a complaint, they opened a file and forwarded it to customer relations. As of now this is where it sits.

Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Heavily under construction, no warning about that when booking, room had mold and dirt all over the walls. Couldn’t use air conditioner as it was blocked off. Only 2 small towels for 4 people to shower.

Pros:

Rien du tout!!! Les photos et représentation de cet endroit sur Booking.com sont totalement fausse.
L’édifice est en piteuse état…. Petit déjeuné dans un sac papier brun à emporter incluant : 1 barre fruité M, 1 jus de pomme et un petit yaourt.

Passable but pretty sure next year, it will be a nice place to stay.
Pros:

I was given a better room as the tv was not functioning.

Cons:

I was not aware that the entire building is under major renovations. It felt odd. but other than that, the location is very close to gas stations, restaurants and 401.

Booking.com shame on you!!!! This hotel told you guys to put it in your ad and you guys refuse not to

Nothing its under renovations everything is tore apart. There was no outdoor swimming pool and no continental breakfast but I blame that on you booking.com because you don’t have that in your ad so shame on you.

Cons:

It’s not them I don’t like it’s you guys for not putting it in your ad and stating that it’s under construction the outdoor pool is closed. There’s no continental breakfast there’s 50,000 construction workers all over the place so shame on you. It’ll be a long time before I book through booking.com again.

Le personnel a fait vraiment son possible pour nous accomoder

Cons:

L'établissement était en rénovation majeure et nous en a pas informé. Problème de serrure n'a pu être résolu malgré les essais répétés du personnel. Pas de petit déjeuner sinon une collation par manque d'installation.

La chambre était correcte, propre.
Les lieux publiques étaient très sales. Oui, il y avait des rénovations, mais les lieux accessibles aux clients n'étaient pas propre du tout. Il serait mieux de fermer l'établissement; faire toutes les rénovations rapidement et réouvrir.
Oh, le déjeuner continental était très maigre - peu de fruit déjà trop mur; peu de choix de paix/bagels.

Cons:

La chambre était bien propre. Bravo à l'équipe de ménage !

Nous avons regretté visiter cet établissement. Pour le même prix l'hôtel Spark était 100% mieux.
Pros:

La proximité des lieux aux endroits que j'ai fréquenté. Le prix. Le personnel était accueillant et sympatique. Le déjeuner compris semblait acceptable, mais nous l'avons seulement observer comme nous avons déjeuner ailleurs.

Cons:

Chambre malpropre. Douche avec moisissure, rideau de douche sale, planchers de la chambre collants, litterie tâchée, ambiamce des lieux non invitant.
