Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is located within walking distance of Terminal 3 Pearson International (5- 10 minutes) but also has a free shuttle for pick up and drop off. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Free coffee in the reception area was a nice touch for guests. Very nice bar area with a good range of beers and wines to choose from.

Cons:

The AC unit in our room was a little noisy but nothing to stop you getting to sleep

Es war sehr nah am Flughafen und das shuttle hat super geklappt. Zimmer waren sauber und Personal sehr nett. Eine perfekte Unterkunft wenn man nahe am flughafen sein muss.

Cons:

Der Fruehstuck Zeitraum haette etwas laenger sein koennen denn viele Gaeste auf der Durchreise sind nicht unbedingt an die Zeitzone gewoehnt.

Expected better at a Sheraton.
Pros:

The young lady at the checkin was very nice and efficient.

Cons:

Shuttle was packed an they obviously needed another one on. Room was old, no sound proofing, loud hallway, loud next door with neighboring room waking us up at 6am arguing, could be clearly heard, we were jet lagged and needed sleep. Furniture old, rug old, walls dirty, shower didn't work well and tub didn't drain well, cracks in tile walls of shower. The toilet paper was the thinnest we have ever experienced in a hotel (and this was a Sheraton?). Checking out the clerk asked "how was our stay" to my wife, she said not very good, he just went silent and looked away. Had room #123. Was this an old wing we were put in?
