A few improvements needed
Pros:

we got in late from a flight and were not informed until we got there that there was a 30$ overnight parking charge, this was not expected considering they own a large parking lot and we are already paying to stay. The room was average, bathrooms are dated . I think they are a good brand but their parking charge made the experience not encouraging. I also felt that the front desk could be kinder and smile more to the clients considering most are stressed travelers. I have been in the hotel business for 20 yrs so i think this needed to be said to provide improvement.
