Stayed one night in a King room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable was surprised how well I slept. Would definitely stay again. Shuttle service was timely.

ワールドカップの関係で市街地のホテルは高かったのですが、比較的リーズナブルに滞在できました。
空港の第3ターミナルから歩いて行けるので、列車を利用すれば市内観光にも問題ありませんでした。
空港ホテルとしては十分な設備で、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。
朝食に野菜があれば嬉しかったです。

Beds were comfy. Close to the airport but did not hear the planes at all.

The room was nice and comfortable. Most of the staff were nice. Kid friendly restaurent
One of the staff was very rude. In an instance of my small kids fighting over a toy among each other (something that was a *moment* of behavior expected from small kids and that lasted like 15 seconds) asked us to leave the lobby!!! We were happy up until that moment but we left immediately and that made the stay not worthwhile at all. I wrote to the hotel with the staff name and no response from them either. It truly hurt my feelings: 1) embarrassing me as a mom traveling with two small kids, 2) embarrassing the kid, 3) making us leave before our planned time. If you invest on family stays, kids buying overpriced snacks, and eating in the restaurant, at least respect kids too!

I'm a Titanium member and the agent who helped my daughter make the reservation was helpful, recognized and added my status to the room, which allowed us the later check out. However, the property’s breakfast benefit is that you must choose daily restaurant breakfast (for two) as your elite welcome gift at check‑in. We were not offered the breakfast and that's unfortunate. In addition, the first room 512 smelled like smoke/a funky order. They moved us to a better room so the problem was resolved, and very much appreciated. Shuttle Service to /from the airport was convenient.
