The airport was excellent. Some of the crew from the plane were very friendly and guided us to the place where we needed to be to meet the shuttle. It was great to have a shuttle to pick us up so we didn’t have to take a cab

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was having to wait for the shuttle. It was cold outside and we were very tired and anxious to get to our room but we had to wait for an hour for the shuttle to come get us.

There is paid parking only and it costs $30 a day. There is no reference to this anywhere. If we had known we could have made an informed choice rather than finding out when we checked in

The hotel needs to be maintained better

Location to the airport

Cons:

We requested a room beside our kids and grandchildren. When booking and when registering. We were placed opposite wnds of the hotel Also the pool was not heated and a disappointment

Shuttle was quick and easy, front desk was friendly, room was no issues

Cons:

In the middle of the night the room beside me had their landline phone ring in the middle of the night 3 or 4 times. Woke me up and I thought at one point it was my phone in the room.
