Great affordable stay
Pros:

This is a clean hotel. The price was amazing. All the hotels on the area were almost $300 more than this location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good one night hotel, needs coffee.
Pros:

Location next to I-17, stores and restaurants a few miles north, secured parking lot, rooms clean and simply renovated, friendly staff.

Cons:

No elevator to second floor. I had heavy luggage. No coffee in room nor downstairs before 6:30. I left very early.

Excellent.
Pros:

The room was huge and clean. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The outside of the hotel had us a little hesitant, but once you’re inside it’s fantastic. Two couches in the room. Comfy bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Fridge and microwave. Tv is average. Nice office chair.

Cons:

Wish there was an elevator. No one warned us we’d be lugging bags up a flight of stairs. Parking is a little rough if it’s full. The area has some sketchy types about. But the staff is on it and there is top notch security what seems like 24/7.
