Your bathrooms need serious help!!!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and well appointed with linens. A/C worked well. TV was good and easy to operate.

Cons:

The bathrooms could be in much better working order! The first room's shower dribbled water. (We tried everything. Wouldn't remove soap from your body.) We were told, through a telephone translation ap, that the shower head could not be replaced until the next day. Not acceptable - we had been on a dusty softball field all day. My husband went to the office where we were moved to the room next door. The commode in that room would not flush. After inspection, the tank took forever to refill before you could flush the commode. The lighting around the large mirror over the sink was very dim and could not be made brighter. You cold hardly see your face, much less fix your hair and makeup!

I felt like I was staying in a motel where homeless people are housed.
Pros:

Bed was clean, TV worked, bathroom was clean, the fridge and microwave worked

Cons:

The room had a weird smell, probably cleaning product, My door key did not work twice, I had to get new ones.
The smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds.
They need to buy new furniture, it's old and nicked. The doors have marks all over. The outside light flashed on and off.

Was rude, difficult to understand when speaking.
The beds were too small, for two people.
The rooms need to be upgraded, tub, sink, fixtures, slow draining, the toilet was too low, bed lights did not work, (mentioned too staff, but nothing was done to fix the issue,even when mentioned too the staff next morning of arrival.
Breakfast was disappointing, expected more varieties such as fresh fruit, eggs, homefries ect. Juices, Meat such as bacon, sausage etc.
No exercise room
Laundry Room TRASH/ dryer is not on a timer.
Was not able to reach staff by phone.

How close it was to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

Did not like how rude the front desk staff was. We emailed the property a week before we went and asked about a possible earlier check in. They told me yes in the email..got there and the guy was very rude and I showed him the emails and continued to be rude.

Will be finding another spot to stay next time we are in VA Beach!

Cons:

Bedspread was stained. Had a smell. Looked ran down compared to other hotels nearby. Staff was rushed in the check in process even though we were the only ones there.
