Smelled and people partying in room hallway. 2 towels only. Most women need 2 towels one for hair and one for body. Just not very clean or well kept up. Shower pressure was not good. Very poor lighting in room.

EVERYTHING except the lady that checks us in. When I came in the front doors they are not automatic but are extremely heavy glass swinging doors. It was all I could do to get them open and roll myself into the 2nd set of the same doors. Thankfully a guest saw I was struggling and came to help (as I am in a Rollator/wheelchair.) I am handicapped! The first thing that I smelled was food being cooked somewhere in the motel that was absolutely disgusting!! The 2nd thing was pet odors. When I got to the room I noticed the door does not close automatically and even when I tried to push it shut, it didn't latch as being closed until I pulled the door open again and had to slam it to get it to finally latch. All of this from my roll/wheelchair. Next: The mattress on the bed had to be old, very old as it had a rim around the edge that felt like metal. Needless to say....we got the worst night's sleep ever! Also only 3 pillows on a king size bed. These pillows were half filled with "clumps" of something! My husband went to the front desk to ask for a couple more and was told "the king size beds only come with 3 pillows.) He was finally given 1 extra pillow. We discovered that the TV sound would not adjust from the remote and it was very loud when it was turned on. I went to the front desk and asked if there was a solution she knew of to adjust the volume. She said she either had to come to our room and totally reprogram the Direct TV or she could give me a remote for the TV to adjust the sound but not to use any of the other keys. The remote would not adjust the sound up or down and also it wouldn't even mute the sound. BACK TO SQUARE ONE! My husband forgot his shampoo....he found nothing but 2 tiny bars of soap. The old rusted Kleenex holder on the wall looked to be at least a decade old and of course.... nothing in it!

The fact that there was no soap to bathe or shampoo for our hair either. I really did not like that.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It was rough on my back!

The rude lady named Kathy I spoke to. They cancelled my reservation even though I called and spoke with a man and he told me everything was taken care of.

Had to ask for towels, they only left one in the room when the booking was for two people. Floors was very nasty.
