The concierge who checked us in was fantastic.

Cons:

The room we stayed in the first night was so humid we felt moist all night. The second night when we returned after a night out, the concierge was completely rude and inhospitable.

No elevator I had to carry my lugging up 2 flights of stairs. Tv had to be turned on at the tv. Remote didn’t work. Staff indifferent
