Pros:

Good value and awesome location

Cons:

The fact that they always try to add stuff to my bill at check out. I was accused of having drinks at the bar when I don’t drink. And was told I had breakfast when I didn’t. Besides that. The place it’s good hotel

Friendly staff in a downtown location
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Its right by Bo Kaap the colourful houses.

Cons:

The onsite underground parking was a bit steep at R150 per night.

It was a comfortable stay with the manager giving me a better rate.
Pros:

Was close to V and A and Green Point.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking. I paid R750 rand for parking which should have been discounted or free if you stayed at the hotel.

Breakfast did not cater for vegans but I must say the head chef tried his best to provide a vegetarian sausage, and even savoury mince on toast.

He was quiet and unassuming but went out if his way to provide my daughter with a vegan meal.

Reception staff need to be more polite and accommodating , put a smile on their faces as they are the front line.

How the reception handled my matter of checking out late regardless of that I explained my situation and the parking is a bit pricy if you are staying more days,thet must make a discount if you are staying more than 3 days or make it a free parking
