place ok staff needs improvement

yes amenities are good standard and clean

Cons:

the front desk staff who had checked me in was kinda rude, snobbish talks really fast and not friendly at all. I checked in late around 10:30pm front door was already close so i have to buzz there was no one in the front desk and a guy showed up kinda upset banged the button to let me in...and was frowning i think i disturbed him must be doin something in the office.

Good hotel in a once hopeful district that's quickly running down.
Pros:

Breakfast, 6-10AM. Check out 12PM.

Cons:

Edgy area. Plenty of homeless not enjoying life much wandering near.

Pros:

Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The carpets were filthy and stained. Really not what I expected for a Comfort Inn.
There is a large homeless population when you pull up to the property. The area has a lot of trash all over. I saw a man shooting up in the parking lot. The smell of weed is strong outside and inside the halls. I think there should be a warning on their site for this location.

Like the stay here, got what I need after a long trip
Pros:

Clean room with big beds, good WiFi, appreciate the complimentary breakfast; especially clean carpet makes you feel cozy. Bath towels and toiletries were provided in abundance.

Cons:

Around this area a lot of trash and homeless people which makes you feel a bit less safe.

Clean and quiet, great bed, great water pressure.
Pros:

Breakfast was what you'd expect from a room of that price. Few very minor complaints, only sausage, no bacon, no bagel slicer, no cream cheese and no honey.

Cons:

Not much the hotel can do about it but the area around the parking lot has A LOT of garbage.
