Milford Inn

The lobby had been newly renovated and it was obvious they were working on other areas of the property, but haven't' gotten a lot done yet. The bed was very comfortable, the TV, fridge and microwave all seemed to be practically brand new. It was quiet, didn't here other guests and the people who work there are friendly and HUSSLE, but it really had it's down sides. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a property where I have asked to have my room changed. Our initial room was bad in a lot of ways. Stains on the furniture, the bed spread, cracks in the grout in the bathroom, the bathroom door handle came off the first time we went to use it. Hard pink stuff on the tv stand that kinda looked like old gum, but I honestly don't know what it was. The room we were moved to was better, but still rough. Didn't have a chair at the desk, only had 1 bed side table and the only light in the room was from the bed side table or the room. No curtains on the window just blind, and several of the slats were broken. It was much cleaner than the first. The vanity in the bathroom was so new it still have the protective corners on it and some of the plastic protective film. The property is in transition, as it was a Best Western. It's got potential. The price was what drove us to the hotel. If we had to stay in the area again, I would give it another try (assuming the price was still good) because I do see the work that's being done and suspect it will eventually be great.

Room were clean good front staff overall good but little expensive.

Didnt like the property smell, the front door so noisy and annoying, the property looks like something " temporary". Service looks like is done by a helper and not a hotel professional. Didnt like anything about this place.

When we took the possession, room was too smelly because of the very old carpet and humidity due to poor HVAC. Bathroom cleanliness was okay, not great. I wouldn't recommend for the family if you want to spend more than 1 night.

Out of all the hotels, I’ve stated in my life this was the worst. Subpar rooms, not very clean, 12 x 12“ pillows, damage to the walls and furniture, sticky bathroom, linens stained, exterior doors, not locked, and felt I was staying in an abused college dorm. The hotel was used as a shelter. It clearly shows. Be aware if you book here, if you shorten your stay, it is nonrefundable. They also lied to Orbitz when I tried to get a refund on canceling two days of my stay. they stated I dropped the keys and left when clearly I spoke with somebody and got a receipt. Another guest I spoke with was given a room with no running water broken TV a broken air conditioner. He had quite the time in trying to get relocated to a better room.

Room

It was a place to sleep. Our room was right above the front (automated) doors which was very, very noisy and annoying.

Disappointing all around

Grateful for a quick & easy stay with a good rate

It wasn’t terrible for the price. The beds were clean and comfortable but the room could have been looked over better before renting out for the night. The headboard had visibly been drawn all over and the shower had mildew growing in it. Can tell they are trying to keep it looking decent but it needs some work. Worth the price if just staying for a day or so. Breakfast was decent also, basic but offered some hot food.

Not too quietly, but nice stuff, good breakfast and clean.

This is a very convenient location for shopping and restaurants and Boston Vision is across the street.

Shouldn’t even be open. Run down and in desperate need of remodeling

This property was just gross. Live roach in the bathroom. Dirty greasy floor. Unclean carpet. Stained sheets. Headboard scribbled on and kids stickers. Proprietor does not compensate for missed time and expense and was generally unpleasant. Poses as a Best Western on business email and cards but is not affiliated with them.

pet friendly only exists for dogs!! hotel is old, few amenities in room 9(ie no coffee pot, ne usb connections, some flooring repairs needed, old very worn carpeting.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Room was .issing typical amenities- no cups, coffee or or ice bucket. No tv channel i fo sheet. Thread bare towels. Difficulty printing paperwork . Staff did their best to do work arounds. Woodwork was grungy abd in need of good clea ing. Li.ited options for complimentary breakfast. Cerwal but out of milk.

very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Nice having a breakfast.
