Great location to Clifton Hill, restaurants and attractions.
Location was excellent. Was easily accessible to everything we had planned for the evening. Beds were very comfortable and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Nothing that I can think of
A cozy and wonderful stay in the middle if the canadian winter.
Special Congratulations to Sharoon and William from the reservations and Front Desk for their excelllent and Warm service.
The 1st night was quiet and enjoyable. The 2nd night kids were running around. The bed was comfortable and the Queen suite is very spacious. Towels are decent. Bedding was good except for 1 stinky pillow. But there were 2 Queen beds so had extra pillows to use. I was facing Clifton Hill and the lights were very nice at night.
Short walk for Chinese around the corner on Centre St. Short walk to Clifton Hill attractions.
The hotel is starting to get very run down. Chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, water marks (?) running down the length of the wallpaper. The chair's cushion had such a deep 'butt hole' you needed to sit on a pillow so you didn't sink right down. The dresser in the bedroom had the veneer peeling off. The desk chair should have been thrown out - leather torn and peeling off.
And the cleanliness needed much improvement. Dust and dirt along the floors where they meet the wall along both rooms. The bottom of the bedside table was the same. The bathroom appeared clean but there was no way I was going to trust that ìthe jetted tub had actually been disinfected.
