pour le prix l hotel est très bien situé et le lit très confortable

Cons:

ce qui n est pas bien affiché c est qu on doit payer le parking a part ...a 20$ plus taxe et nois avons pris la suite avec jacuzzi ..et le jacuzzi et vieux ...mais pour le prix c etait quand meme acceptable

Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing, staff was beyond helpfull and kind when we checked in to even our room service ladies!

Cons:

We unfortunately had to leave because of the snow storm coming as we live a few hrs away! Hoping to get a credit or reimbursement on the room i pre-paid for.
Other than that everything was great!

Cons:

Hotel staff entered hotel room without consent. Called my phone only once to get a hold of me about an alleged issue, then proceeded to try to come into my room with a Jimmy hook for the latch. Extremely frightening to say the least. I was in the jetted tub in the bathroom with my husband when this happened. They then proceeded to kick us out when we got angry with them for trying to come in. Then they charged us a $450 "eviction" fee. Needless to say I will be following up with this legally.

Nothing they shows other rooms in add then when we went there they send us to somewhere else in bad motel

In the add they shows falls in hotel but when we went there they gave room somewhere else they said if you wanna stay in falls in you have to pay more thats bullshit

It was an ok experience but wont pick that one again
Pros:

Friendly staff and helped get the people above us to stop banging on the floors

Cons:

The hot tub was luke warm
The jets didnt work in our soaker tub
No mats in the rooms and it was snowy and dirty so the dirt and wet spread through the room due to it.
Pillows were half pillows and very lumpy
Pool towels were meant to fit the size of toddlers
