The room was really nice but I did have a problem with al the steps to get to the room.
Th bed was great and the room was very clean.
I was there for 2 nights but on the second day Housekeeping never came to do cleaning or to bring clean towels, yet it says daily Daily housekeeping.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from Clifton Hill and was also a great way of strolling down to the falls. Would come back again for sure.
The pool was closed which is the main reason we chose the hotel. It was for the kids so they could swim for the times we are at the hotel and not out on a stroll. It was bad timing because there was an inspection on the 20th and we were there on the 21st after it was ordered closed because pool inspection failed.
The location was good and convenient. It was close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, which made it easy to travel and find everything we needed.
No, the property did not meet my expectations. The sofa was not clean, and the bed sheets were old and not properly maintained. The pool was not working, which was very disappointing. There were many extra issues during the stay.
I paid $183, but the overall experience was not worth the price. The host also told me that I canceled the booking, which is not true. This caused confusion and frustration.
Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay.
Parking was close to the room, but it is unfortunate to have to pay $20.00 per night plus tax to park in the space where you are staying.
For the price of the stay (not including parking) I would stay again. Nothing special, but also nothing unexpected. We liked how close the hotel was to where we needed to go; all within walking distance.
The bathroom seemed to have black mold within the shower. It could use more of a deep clean; otherwise, it was as expected. Additional counter space would be of benefit; there was not much space to place items down without risking they fall into the toilet. The desk chair in the room seemed to be slightly broken. We stayed in the motel side, and it was a pain when needing to use the microwave that was in the main hotel and on one of the upper floors. The pool closure times were slightly disappointing as it seemed like an early close and a late open in the morning. The lighting in the room was very limited; there was the dim light in the "closet" space, the light from the bathroom, and the bedside lamp, all of which only provided minimal light. The shower head was shorter than my partner, who is not overly tall.

We liked that it was close to Clifton Hill and the casino.
We found the room to be dirty and lots of things in the room were broken. The arm of the wheel chair was broken, the top drawers of the dresser was broken, the faucet wasn’t working properly for the shower, lights were out, the wallpaper was bubbling in one corner and the floors of the room was filthy. The whole room had dust and things everywhere that should’ve been cleaned. The hot tub was dirty and not hot enough.
The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are crap. There were kids running up and down the hallway, the TV didn't work. The location was perfect. Parking was difficult there was a massive truck parked in a no park spot and I had to climb over a wall to get to my car which wasn't fun. I wouldn't stay again. The staff were nice though.
The bed, the pillows, the noise level, the room was warm, the tv didn't work. the toilet even moved a bit. Wouldn't stay here again. Location was good.

Tv reception was terrible! Water pressure in the shower was poor.
We were disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance ,it was the main reason for booking this particular hotel. Got an upgrade for the room though that was nice.
