Our stay was very pleasant
Pros:

It was an excellent location staff were friendly and the balconies were amazing

Cons:

The only thing was the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows.And the tub could have used a bar and mat for older guests.

you would have to pay me lots of money to stay at that bed bug utopia
Pros:

there is absolutely nothing good about this bed bug infested place. staff is rude, i mean they act gangster to customers, then bother you in your room. spy camera found on the wall (outlet), authorities been informed. there is sauna which is great but you cant use it because mold is growing there, when heats up mold releases toxins that are literal lethal poison . this hotel should be somewhere in a village of
Bangladesh and not in canada.

Being handicapp with permit handicapp spo filled with junk trailer
Pros:

check in fast with no complication

Cons:

Breakfast don't usually get thin I ate one time of 4days .Resturaunt staff scheduled us for breakfast around groups they brought in. Not agood option for me. Braekfast good just not worth waiting around for resturant scheduling

The location was great

Cons:

The staff was not very kind at check-in. I felt attitude towards reasonable questions. the room was dirty, and the pillows were disgusting and stained yellow . The beds were uncomfortable, and the tv did not work, and the room was not restocked on the second day

Perfect location
Pros:

1. Swimming pool,

3. Staff member allow me to check in before 4 pm with no extra fees

Cons:

There was Continuous noisy voice near to the elevator in the early morning.

Staff refused to give me more time for check out after 11 am. She asked me to pay $25 plus tax until noon.

We enjoyed the big room suite.
Pros:

We took a suite, We liked that there were two bathrooms with showers for the whole family to use.

Cons:

we can only use stairs while holding our suitcase to go upstairs for the top rooms.
