Pros:

we liked that the hotel was pet friendly, the room was also beautiful!

Cons:

the staff at the front desk should have informed us about the breakfast and how it works.

Everything was better than I expected.
Pros:

The male receptionist was very nice. He helped me store my belongings until 3 p.m. and was very friendly. I’d like to give him a big thumbs-up!

Cons:

It would be even better if disposable slippers were provided for guests.

Pros:

Large rooms but in need of refurbishment. Quite a few signs of wear and tear on furniture, mirrors etc.
Comfy beds.
For the price, could definitely get a better product, we were just done driving for the day.

My favorite stop between family and home
Pros:

I love staying at Aloft Mount. Laurel. As a solo traveler with a pet, I can sit in one section of the lobby with my pet and the bartender gets me a glass of wine and a meal. So nice. They even gave him a water bowl. I also feel safe there walking my dog late or early.

nice comfortable stay in a central location!
Pros:

it was a nice stay and the staff was great! the room was comfortable and the public spaces were great to hang out with friends. it was a nice spot for everyone to come in and gather for a wedding. there is also a lot in the area making it easy to get to anything you may need while in town.

Cons:

i wish breakfast services went later/bar opened earlier (weekdays), but that was also situational as we were in town for a wedding. we also could not find stairs to go up, i felt bad using the elevator for just a floor.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was! I stayed only one night for a wedding in a king room on the 6th floor. The room was very modern, clean and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The lobby is large and inviting and has a very cool vibe. The staff at check in were friendly and upbeat. The hotel is conveniently located right off the NJ turnpike. There is also Tesla super charging station directly across the street.
