Noisy
Pros:

Music and noise from guest room all night long. Ask staff multiple times to intervene. They did not do anything about the noise.

Pros:

I loved that they took my damage deposit from me cause they had to pay to get the room cleaned because i mentioned of previous blood stains on the mirror frame I had noticed so hey had to do there job and clean top to bottom for once. It was gross and are they losing there minds or a job. I think I deserve full refund of stay and deposit back.

Adequate stay with lovely staff.

The tiles on the floor, out of date and cold.
The beds were some of the noisiest too.

Avoid this place at all cost
Pros:

Worst customer service ever!!!! If you experience any issues, staff are unable to handle it with any tact what-so-ever. Guest Services staff are rude and defensive instead of trying to right the misconduct of other staff. Hotel was also dirty and smelled.

Older building with charm
Pros:

A quaint hotel. Its looks a bit run down on the outside, but the inside was clean and the the blue haired young lady working overnight was very sweet. We will definitely stay here again next time we're on the island!

Excellent!
Pros:

I've been staying here since January January 1st as there was a fire in my apartment building. There are other tenant staying here and we are extremely pleased with this Motel. While the decor is a little outdated ( which just adds to it's charm in my opinion), all of us that are staying here have found our rooms be extremely clean with all the amenities we need for a long-term stay. The front counter staff have been excellent. I have to mention Helena in particular she has helped to coordinate meetings for the tenants, passed on notifications and messages and has bent over backwards for us! Thank you so much Helena they are lucky to have you and so are we. And a shout out to Eric who worked so hard to check everyone in and get us organized , and last but not least Haley who is extremely helpful and always has a smile ! I would definitely recommend staying here! The personal and caring touch from the staff has made a difficult situation so much easier, thank you everyone!!

Very reasonable for the price.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable but a bit smaller than shown in the photographs on booking.com
Hayley on reception was particularly helpful and understanding. A real asset to the motel.

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle as I don't drink coffee.
There was a dog in a room nearby and I didn't realise they allowed pets.
