Management Lied to Expedia to Deny Refund
Pros:

Avoid this Days Inn at all costs. We explicitly requested an accessible room due to age and mobility needs, yet were placed in an upstairs room with no elevator access. When we asked for a resolution, they were completely unaccommodating.
Worse, they lied to Expedia to block our refund, claiming they 'kept the lights on' or provided services that never happened. This is not just poor customer service; it is deceptive business and a blatant disregard for senior accessibility. We are out our money and the management refuses to take responsibility. Shameful.
