Horrible experience..
Cons:

Customer service is extremely bad. The management didn't respect our complaint and didn't take any appropriate actions for it. During our stay at the hotel, we noticed that the coffee machine wasn't available and even after our polite request for the essential utilities, the management didn't arrange anything. Moreover, The fire alarm went off during early morning around 5 and didn't stop for 30 minutes due to no action taken. Our 2 year old baby experienced a sudden panic and didn't stop crying until sunrise. When we informed the management, they didn't respond accordingly and just replied saying they can't do anything with no respect. Overall, for his horrible experience we request an compensation due to our unsatisfied stay at this hotel with our friend and family during a special day(Eid).

Pros:

Like the kitchen never seen a over in a room .

Cons:

Day staff at the desk could cut back on the perfume almost passed out very small lobby no window open you need to clean remotes for tv and clean the phone, and hair in the bath tub . And you need to salt the parking lot nothing but ice on the way to my car . And tv wasn't good.

Better book somewhere else.
Pros:

Booking was canceled due to no hot water in the hotel

Cons:

Not impressed. Snow wasn’t cleaned, slippery parking at the front, there were some broken wooden pieces at the front door. Early check in mentioned during the booking, but when arrived an hour early front desk staff mentioned that we should have called ahead of time. There was no sorry from the staff.

Pros:

we went for vacation and experience was great.. breakfast was good, room is clean and 2 miles and 7 mts drive to Niagara falls.

In general my stay was good.

It was okay, the location was good and the breakfast was good. But it was minor things that made us ehh about the place

We had a hard time with the cleaning , we requested to borrow the broom and we were told they would come in to sweep. They never did. Same with sheets we requested to get it changed and they never did.
