The convenience of the location of the place.

Cons:

That I had to pay for parking and that being disabled that there was no accessibility parking for me and that I had to park across the street in a lot that was not accessible for me easily.

I went home and told my husband that next time we go to Niagara, this is where we will be staying.
Pros:

Room was great. Good value for the money. The breakfast was terrific. It was busy but I got what I wanted and went upstairs and ate in my nice clean room.

Cons:

I did not like having to pay almost 27 dollars to park. I think parking should be included in the price of the room. I can remember when we didn't have to pay.
