Quartos era espaçoso e limpo. Cama confortavel

Cons:

Pequeno almoço péssimo. Imensa gente. Zero organização. Nao haviam mesas para toda a gente, pessoa a tomar o pequeno almoco na recepção. Funcionários nao muito simpaticos

Pros:

Great location, good amenities and staff was so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Pool felt slimey but, it was being used by quite a few families and the toilet was not larger person friendly.

Nice spot to stay
Pros:

Nice and close to the Falls, within walking distance. Breakfast included. Nice big rooms

Cons:

The parking was off site & the elevator was slow…only 1 elevator in the lobby for a very busy hotel

Pros:

Très propre, un personnel courtois et le prix est très abordable. Le stationnement est payant et il est souvent plein il faut donc aller dans le 2 e stationnement à l’arrière de l’établissement, mais c’est un détail. L’établissement est situé près de tout on peut même se rendre à pied aux chutes (15 min)! Ce qui est vraiment apprécié.

Très bien situé mais petit déjeuner non écologique
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé et un personnel très aidant qui a accepté que nous laissions la voiture au parking avant le check-in.

Cons:

Nous avons été très surpris de devoir utiliser des couverts et assiettes à usage unique pour le petit déjeuner. Notre conscience écologique aurait préféré des couverts lavables et non en plastique.

Pros:

bon emplacement. A notre arrivée, nous n'avons plus utilisé la voiture que nous avons laissé au parking moyennant 22 dollars par jour. Une piscine, un sauna et un jacuzzi viennent compléter les prestations.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Pas de frigo dans la chambre.

It was a lovely tourist stay in a nice clean hotel
