Rooms where fine the staff was okay. everyone did their job yet I never felt welcome

The rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping were very nice.
The breakfast...... Ive never seen hard boiled eggs and tater tots as breakfast before... I did not eat the breakfast there
They kept charging my card and took over extra 300 from my account when I needed that for our trip.

The rooms were extremely small, no microwave in room. 1 room the air didn't work well and the other room the toilet didn't flush properly. The rooms did not look like the pictures at all, if the pictures were of the 2 rooms we rented we definitely would not have rented them!
Comfortouble beds, goob amenities. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Coffee machine.

Room 224 where we stayed had an uneven floor appearing that it might cave-in. Throughout the building carpeting is past it's prime needing replacement. Far too many stains.
