Location was ok
Pros:

Due to lots of Renevation in property when passing through lobby to stairs not hygienic clean.
Paint smell in room causing discomfort to sleep.
Inhale paint smell and paid for that was not pleasant & comfortable at all.
☹️👎

Cons:

Price was affordable.

The rooms were recently renovated. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient.

The rest of the main facilities were dated but appears to be slowly being renovated. The breakfast included was not very good and let basic.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The price quoted was changed when we showed up. They knew full well that we had a small dog and never mentioned that there would be such a exorbitant charge on arrival in any correspondence!

Was a nightmare not a holiday.
Pros:

The housekeeper was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cons:

Staff was very rude we were not told about renovating, was so loud our walls were vibrating and the screws in the vent in the bathroom loosened and fell in the toilet, pool was cold and dirty, hot tub was hardly warm and dirty. Breakfast area was cold. Carpets throughout were soaked. Heater caught fire in our room and they didn't seem to care much just worried the heater was ok . Not one of the staff should be working in customer service very un polite, un professional people.
