Quality Inn

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was under major renovations, but we were never informed before arrival. The water was shut off when on our first day of stay, there was loud construction noise late into the night outside our window, multiple fire alarm disruptions, and even workers entering our room. Housekeeping was poor, basic amenities were lacking, and there were bugs in our room.

To make matters worse, one of our vehicles was involved in a hit-and-run in the hotel parking lot, but we were told there were no functioning security cameras. We also tried several times to speak with the manager during our stay, but he was never available and has not responded to our emails since.

Under construction. Could not find easy because sign not up. Breakfast bagged and no choice :(

Hotel hatte sich umbenannt und war nicht zu finden, da es jetzt nicht mehr Quality Inn heisst.Darüber gab es vorab keine Information.Ewig lange Suche deshalb, um es zu finden.Hotelzufahrt Baustelle.Hatte Menschen mit Behinderung dabei.Kaum möglich den Hoteleingang mit Rollator zu bewältigen wegen Riesenschlagloches von kompletter Strassenbreite vor der Tür.Hotel war Baustelle,angekündigtes Frühstück im Papierbeutel bestand aus 2x kleinen Joghurts, 1x1kl.Tetrapack Orangensaft und 1 grünen Apfel,Tee und Kaffee konnten mit Selbstbedienung genommen werden.Extrem hellhörig.Mitten in der Nacht knallende Türen und Hundegebell.
Es ist kein Problem,wenn Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen, aber darüber vorher nicht zu informieren das ist absolutes no- go.Es gab lediglich eine Email , dass der Pool wegen Renovierung nicht zu nutzen sei.

The hotel was undergoing extensive construction during our stay, which significantly impacted the overall experience. This information was not communicated in advance.
Breakfast consisted of a limited packed meal, including one small yogurt, two small muffins, one apple, and a juice box. The selection was insufficient, and we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere every morning.
Coffee was only available in the morning, and its quality was below expectations.
Construction activity was present throughout the property, and the fitness center was closed due to ongoing renovations.
Considering the rate we paid, the hotel did not provide good value for money. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.

Breakfast not good

The whole building was in the midst of rennovations. If I'd known I wouldn't have booked it so finding it being rennovated was a surprise and a big disppointment. Especially considering how much we paid for the room. We were looking forward to the hot tub after riding from Peterborough.

The place was a building site mess everywhere a made up reception, no pool or gym, no breakfast, no kitchen facilities the front car park was dug up so we couldn’t use the main entrance and the manager didn’t even apologise and referred me to booking . Com saying there was nothing he could do, absolutely appalling stay never stay there again

There was no indication during booking that the hotel was going through renovations. The pool was closed, the exercise room was closed, the stairs were closed forcing us to walk the entire length of the hotel and back for our room - which was likely a fire hazard!! The parking lot was being redone leaving limited spots, the breakfast was a bag with stuff in it. And yes the price wasn't reduced to reflect everything that was lacking

Should have posted online construction in progress.

I booked through booking.com and they messaged me 4 times stating that the pool was under construction which I don’t care, but never once did it say that the entire main floor was under construction!! And the parking lot!!

Ten eerste.. het is een bouwwerf, parking een modderpoel, receptie is in de zogenaamde ontbijtruimte, receptie bijna onvindbaar net zoals het motel, ligt naast een fabriek in een doodlopende straat onder de naam van Spark (Hilton) wij hebben dus ook onmiddelijk geannuleerd, we wilden een motel, geen bouwwerf waar trucks ook op modderparking rondrijden, ze zouden beter dicht blijven tot de opening in augustus

This hotel is undergoing a major renovation. All of the common areas were in a construction zone. No pool. Bagged breakfast that you could bring back to your room. Price seemed high considering this.

The whole property, inside and outside was under construction. The restaurant was closed. The pool was closed. The included breakfast was in a bag and had to walk through the construction to pick it up. Fire alarm was set off by the construction crew at 9am. Had to leave early due to the paving crew needing us to move our motorcycle.
