Very clean. But staff was unresponsive to nose complaints.
Pros:

The room was clean and well arranged. It had everything necessary. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The tile floors were uneven and a tripping hazard. We also had trouble with a group of teenagers that were also staying there. The staff did little to nothing to assist with controlling them. It wasn't until the police were involved that it was tolerable.

Elevator held me Hostage

Got trapped in the elevator when it malfunctioned. After getting rescued by what I assume was the maintenance guy he said this has been going on a few days and the company that fixes it was supposed to have been there the day before. So why not have an out of order sign on it?? The very next morning it happened again to someone else and this time they put sign up and closed it. Now what do the people who are on the upper floors do if they are handicapped? All.the manager could say was oh sorry they were supposed to fix that yesterday. Didn't offer anything else just oh sorry.

Pros:

We loved the bed and we loved the breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator was messing up a bit. The doors would close and then it would sit there and the doors then opened again still on the same floor.

Well worth the money
Pros:

I did not eat breakfast my son did he was happy. My bed was very comfortable the room was clean the room was very reasonably priced.

Cons:

I booked and paid through Booking.com and the desk clerk was unable to find it without alot of work. I don't know if it's a Holiday Inn problem or a Booking.com problem but it took maybe 10-12 minutes to resolve, it shouldn't have.
