Great staff
Just two things: there was no parking, and the toilet tank wasn't filling up with water.

NOTHING
There are roaches EVERYWHERE and the bathroom floor had a giant dip where it felt like the floor was going to fall through. This place is not safe for children or anyone really. As soon as we checked in there was a giant roach stuck on its back 🤮 went the the bathroom and 3 more literally within the first 15 seconds of being in the room. We got a new room immediately which is the one that was upstairs with a damaged floor. Lots of baby roaches crawling around at night on the floor and walls. Terrible stay, please if you have children or health issues please do not come here. My son is medically complex and our insurance put us here, we were stuck and it was absolutely terrible being hours away from home. I did not sleep at all.
Good location, and staff was nice

They charged me 100 more than the regular amount without telling me before I decide if I want to paid that or not take the room at all

Nothing it was an awful experience
The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here.
I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The room was completely unacceptable and lacked basic cleanliness. There were roaches in the bathroom, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days, the fridge was dirty, and the towels provided had visible stains on them.
To make matters worse, most of the amenities were broken. The TV didn't work, and almost none of the wall outlets functioned—the only working plug in the entire room was in the bathroom. On top of the awful interior conditions, there was ongoing construction outside that created a massive amount of noise. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel is spotless and surprisingly quiet, a combination that's harder to find on El Camino Real. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and since we stayed for an extended period, the comfortable beds ended up making a real difference to our overall experience.
Good location, walking distance to restaurants. Pool was clean, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet.
The "breakfast" was lacking. Only one type of bagel, only one type of bread, only one choice of cereal, no pastry, no juice, no fresh fruit, one toaster and microwave and the toaster was broken. Coffee was good, but I could have just stayed in the room and made coffee there. The added breakfast was the deciding factor for us to stay here. Sadly disappointed.
