Days Inn by Wyndham Covington

A/C leaked water all over the floor. Parking was way to tight. No coffee pot in room. Room not carpeted. Breakfast was sparse.

Everything could have been better. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The towels in our room were dirty, dingy, and even had holes in them. The sheets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and worn, and there seemed to be burn or smoke holes in the bedding.
The condition of the room made us so uncomfortable that we slept in our clothes on top of the bedspread rather than under the sheets. After seeing the state of the room, we were honestly afraid to eat the breakfast offered the next morning.
When we requested fresh towels in the morning, we were given another set of dirty, dingy towels.
The only towels that appeared clean were the hand towels.
Overall, this was one of the most unclean hotel experiences I've had. I cannot recommend staying here even if it is last minute. System needs to be updated or this hotel should be a Motel And off Wyndham property list. $104 after taxes is absurd.

I asked for a non smoking room. At the door of the room was a stairs with a bucket filled with sand for cigarette butts. People smoked in front of the room. When entering the room we could immediately smell smoke. The smoke alarm was disconnected and placed in the nightstand. There was also cigarette burns on the bathtub. The ceiling had several water stains from a leaking roof. The light fixture at the desk did not have a light bulb. The entire property was trashy. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. As a customer, I expect to get what I book, a non smoking room. Hotels should have a punch list and correct what needs to be repaired in rooms.

1. Faucet in sink fell off its support when trying to turn on the water
2. Easy chair looked old and being cloth, it looked dingy enough not to sit on it.
3. The floor in the bathroom was so sticky, my husband's shoes left their imprint in front of the tub.

5. When barefoot in the room walking around
our feet were so sticky and dirty, that we had to actually wash them before getting into the bed.
6. No coffee maker
7.The grounds were most undesirable. The street itself was dirty- looking...oil and residues that you had to walk around to get to your car. The drive from the street to the hotel was through a service station lot with a construction lot on the other side of the car.
8.NO curbcuts near our room which made it difficult getting to the room with a walker and luggage.
9.Very little of interest to be found in the array of channels.
10.Bed was debatable.
