Pros:

The room was decent, but the clientele will deter me from staying again.
Cons:

The clientele staying there were fighting and yelling in the common areas. I had to take my family away from the situation. Cigarette butts all over the common areas. The smell of cigarette smoke and Marijuana filled the corridors. There wasn't much for breakfast selection.

Not far from shopping area.

Cons:

Covers were Filthy! Bathroom walls, and bathroom door was nasty like someone previously tossed something on it and the maids didn’t want to clean it. ( that is how it looked) and under toilet lid was NASTY AS HELL! too!! Breakfast was a joke. The waffle maker has seen better days - it burns EVERY WAFFLE MADE! Juice tastes like it’s been watered down 3 times over! The small pool is - small and could be much cleaner!! The pictures on the website versus the actual thing is very misleading. we had booked for 4 days so they took the whole amount at once. #lessonlearned

Pros:

The price was somewhat affordable

Cons:

The staff was disorganized, hotel room bed was filthy and sheets kept pulling up when laying on it. The towels were filthy.
The TV box was unhooked and TV didn't work properly.
Microwave didn't have a spin wheel to rotate the plate inside, my food was burnt on one side.
Pool had trash in it when I wanted to use it.
Room key kept messing up so we had to keep getting it replaced. Even with keeping it away from anything that could mess it up.

It was distasteful, run poorly. Need better employment

I only liked the person who checked me in . (Day shift)

Cons:

The bed did not have fresh bedding (red stains on pillow cases). Noisy , night shift front desk staff was extremely rude, unprofessional. Falsely accused me and my partner of stomping and running around our room and also claimed we had young children in our room stomping and “alone” . And then made claims that a police report was made but none of it was true . They refused to refund us and put us out. We had only been there for 45 mins and while I was checking in it was already extremely loud and I had saw a lot of children there but mine was out of town with family.
