Great value
Pros:

Great spot just off the highway.

All the texts and emails directly from the hotel were unreadable as they were written in French without any English.

Not great
Pros:

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Ste. Hélène-de-Bagot and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

I originally booked two nights. During my stay, I received a call that my father had been rushed to the hospital and admitted for further testing due to internal bleeding. Because of this family emergency, I needed to leave early and asked if my second night could be cancelled. The hotel refused, stating that 24 hours’ notice was required. While I understand policies exist, I was disappointed that no consideration or flexibility was shown given the circumstances. I ended up paying for the night anyway and leaving.

The condition of the hotel was also poor. The room had a strong musty odor, the floors in both the room and hallways appeared dirty, and the overall cleanliness was below what I would expect from a hotel carrying a recognized brand name.

Between the lack of compassion during a genuine family emergency and the cleanliness issues throughout the property, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would not choose to stay here again in the future.
