I was told I couldn't stay there anymore saying my room was dirty when I left which it wasn't I had bag all the garbage up put the dirty towels and gathered the garbage up and put it by the door so they didn't have to the pool was salty they were rude about it but they did refund me

Of the handful of places that I stayed at on my recent trip to Ohio and back this was by far the nicest and quietest place I stayed. If I had to share anything negative it would be that despite filling out the pre-arrival check-in I was asked for ID and credit card upon arrival. So process to get room keys was not quicker at all.

My problem with my stay are the Birds up all night long chirping all night long . I don’t know if it’s the bright lights outside that has them confused .. but it was annoying. I noticed they cut all the branches off the trees that border the parking lot , I Assume to fix problem but it didn’t work . Even with fan on high and a pillow over my head I can still hear chirping ALL NIGHT LONG .. now I have to find a different place to stay on my trips … SAD !

Pros:

Check in was an issue with payment not going through. Receptionist was very good and in the end transaction was processed - she was very patient. Nice to have a bath as these are rare these days. Room was clean and tidy. Cleaner came to offer to clean the room but he wasn't required.
