Days Inn by Wyndham Reidsville

The unsanitary condition of the rooms at this hotel was such that my husband and I checked out within 20 minutes of our arrival. Filthy doesn’t begin to describe it. Urine on the bathroom floor. Bugs in the shower. Stains on the linens. As a Wyndham rewards member, I was utterly shocked. When I raised my concerns with the front desk employee, I was told there would be no refund. He did call the hotel manager who reiterated that. I was shown two additional rooms that were in similar condition. Advised that I would be posting a review on social media. The response was: I really don’t care. So much for hospitality! It is highly unlikely that I will ever again book a room at a hotel that is part of Wyndham “resort” chain.

Desk clerks were really inexperienced. Got charged triple.

This place is nasty ! Bugs mildew and homeless people maybe even drug activity. Beware never and I repeat never book here . Front desk guy is a jerk !!!

Dingy, dirty, poorly supplied, stinky smoke filled rooms in a supposedly smoke free facility. Stay anywhere but here.

The sheets were stained as was the carpet.

Area around rooms not clean, room had a weird smell and the air conditioner was broken and dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Tried to change out and was told its just stained. Pillow case was missing on the pillow.

Rooms and linen were dirty. Watch management clean a recently vacant room and didn’t change the linen.

Okay for quick one nighter, but .... had some cleaning and upgrade issues

Broken hotel security lock. Missing smoke detector. Blood or some other fluid on bedspread. Filthy bathroom exhaust fan almost like something is nesting in it. Early morning check in texts that wake you to ask when you are checking out. They don't pay attention to your check out time you put because housekeeping still tried to come into my room while I was in the shower. Front check in employees were super friendly but maintenance and housekeeping sucks.

Great price for one night stay. Nothing fancy just sleep

The room was standard, the king bed was comfortable for the night.
The low cost justified the mediocre breakfast and leftover used bar soap in the shower. however being kept awake from 3am until I left at 7am by a group of people blasting music on a portable speaker directly outside my room was not.
Having to call the front desk not once, but twice to address the issue (they never did) is inexcusable.

My sink in the bathroom kept filling with water.
Breakfast area had no sugar and milk to have.

Horrible! Disgusting!!! Scary!!! I should have checked the reviews. Worst hotel ever! Towels had stains!!!! Stayed 1 night and left

I’ve traveled all over the world, this was THE WORST!!! Experience, after shuffling through 3 rooms, one smelled heavily of smoke, the second was occupied already and then the third “ looked okay “ till I shut the door, the lock was broken, you could see daylight under the door, the sheets were dirty and the heater sparked and started smoking. I immediately unplugged it and checked the fire alarm to see if it was working. When I explained to the desk they said we will come in today. I said no, I told them to fix it after I left and I didn’t want them in my room when I wasn’t there.
I came back later and they had been in my room. The air/heat was plugged in and running on cool. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall.

Heather, the desk manager came, took notes and was very thorough. She also noticed that I was still listed in a different room. The “manager “ came over and was very rude and aggressive. He wanted to come in the room and as a single female, I said no. I explained that someone had been in my room when I said no. He said they had not. I told him not to call me a liar and that I had photos of the unit unplugged. He then told me maybe I should leave. As it’s the middle of the night and there are no vacancies in town. I said I’d be leaving in the morning and wanted a refund for the unused day.

DONT STAY HERE or the “Quality Inn” next door since it’s same manager.

It’s ok for a night but it was loud. I heard trucks and peoples exhaust all night. If you’re a deep sleeper should be good.

We had trouble getting in our room the lock was stuck. First night it took us about 25 minutes to get in second night we couldn’t so we got the guy at the front desk it took him about 45 minutes. The manager was supposed to be there in the morning to talk to me. He wasn’t. We found him at the other property and he was mean
