Didn’t save all 3 rooms I had reserved. The key pads messed up. Seen roaches in bathroom and my son killed one in the room in the corner. They brought in cots for us.

The front desk person was very nice

Cons:

The room was dirty, the key cards are taken out so staff had to open your door every time you wanted in. There was visible drug use going on in the hallways. I felt extremely unsafe

We have stayed at other Motel 6 locations but we will NEVER return to this one at all.

It was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

It was in horrible shape. It was dirty and run down worse than you would expect for a Motel 6. Their “key card” system was down so the lady at the front desk had to leave her desk every time someone wanted to get in their room. So while we were checking in, she had to stop twice and run upstairs to let people in while we just had to stand there twiddling our thumbs waiting. Two times we had to go down and tell them things were missing from our room (towels and toilet paper) and she said she would just bring them to our room but then we had to remind her she had to let us in so we could wait for her, and it seemed to irritate her that she had to make multiple trips to bring us stuff that should have already been in the room.
Plus… the mattress was lumpy and hard and felt like a sheet of plywood.

It was convenient to get in and out of the property and close to the freeway

Cons:

The TV didn’t work. Was told they just installed new ones but must not have set up the cable system in the room I was given beforehand. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Not very impressive.
Pros:

Room number one was not too bad. There was holes in the bathroom wall, but it didn't affect our sleeping.

Cons:

We rented two rooms and room number two was dirty. It had hair all in the bathroom sink and floor. There was a dog no two dogs barking next-door and we went and asked the clerk at the front to do something. They did nothing. We ended up letting the room go within an hour after check-in. I was told that they would credit our credit card for the $74.73. There has been nothing credited.
