Overnight trip with grands.Beds were comfy and felt safe. No problems with this stay. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly and approachable
I love coming to this place. They have always been a wonderful help to me any time I stay with them.
No complaints
The halls smell good. The rooms smell bad. Shower only and the glass was DIRTY.
No coffee maker in room. No clock in room. No elevator, stairs only.
The pictures make this place look big. It is a very small 2 floor hotel. The pool is very small.
I was told coffee was available 24 hrs. This was not the case at all. I could only get during breakfast time/before lunch. The room was even closed during 2nd and 3rd shifts. I constantly had to keep going to Pilot or TA for coffee..
The lady in the morning was super nice and helpful. The others need improvement. The one lady on 2nd shift wouldn't get up out the chair. She was not polite to me at all when I asked a question, but was more than nice to the man in front of me.
My first night was rough, kids were running around being loud and sitting on the stairs, so I had to weave around them to get to my room. The man across the hall was pretty much yelling all night and I mean still at 4:30 am to whoever he was talking to.
Hard a hard time getting any sleep.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The facilities were also very clean
Everything was just fine
The friendliness of the staff and location
No hot breakfast
Location
Room had heat on when we went in. No elevator, and very limited parking.
It was nice and clean.
No elevator first off I think that should be stated when booking. Also, the staff were like watchdogs watching every movement, they were friendly when you talk to them but It made me feel uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong, which we weren’t.
Clean, newly renovated, great location
No elevator
It was nice place and nice location
There were construction workers staying at the hotel. They were treating the place like their house. In and out of their room and loud music. They were also drinking heavily. They eventually lost their volume with their voices. I had to called the front desk. They quieted down for a little bit, but didn't stop. I fell asleep from exhaustion around 1:30 am. They were gone in the morning.
Easily accessible
The smoking rooms. We had to buy an air purifier so we could breathe in the room
