Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all, felt like box springs. Air conditioner was very loud. Cigarette burns on the bathtub.

Best bag for your buck
Pros:

Loved the surrounding scenery. You don't feel in the middle of traffic. Close, within 15 minutes drive to all the things Hot Springs has to offer. Quiet area. Coffee in lobby in the morning. The room window opened up all the way for a nice breeze. No screen though so didnt keep it open long so didnt get bugs.

Cons:

No smoke alarm in room. Mold on ceiling above shower. Paint peeling in shower and from tub basin. Dead flying bug in bathroom floor. No hair dryer or kleenex. Mattress more springy than memory foam but not totally uncomfortable. Super easy to hear the folks walking around on floor above us

Terrible Experience

Purvi was very nice and helpful.
The location/view of the lake.

Balcony had beer bottles and previously lit cigars laying around. This was disgusting, as my husband and I do not drink or smoke! Also, there was trash on the floor in our room. There was hair in three different locations in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable. When we sat down on it, we could feel metal poking us. It was awful! Then, there was slimy stuff on one of the nightstands. It was, without a doubt, the worst motel we've ever stayed at. Unless you don't mind all the above mentioned stuff, take our advice and pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. From the outside, the property looked pretty good. But that all changed once we entered the room.
To the owner: Don't waste my time responding to this, unless you plan on doing what you originally said you'd do, which is refund our money. Because you had multiple opportunities to respond to Booking.com when they reached out to you for a resolution to our dissatisfaction, yet you ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, ignored their emails.

Could have been better if I was able to control the temp in the room and the TV problem.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast there

Cons:

I couldn't get the heating system to my satisfaction. It was hard to control the temperature. Also, I couldn't get the television to work the first day and it wasn't fixed until the following morning. The man in the office the night of my arrival was extremely rude to me about the television.

VERY DISAPPOINTING AND BAD
Cons:

The owner came by at 8:00 in the morning complaining about smoke smell , I had a smoking room . Also my wife and I were ate up with bed bugs. We had booked for 2 nights but we left after one night. The owner was very rude . I would not recommend this motel to a dog.
