Absolutely nothing!!!!

Cons:

Everything could be better!! This place needs to be shut down!! Stains on sheets, CHEWED gum stuck to the night stand, dead bugs stuck to the wall….absolutely disgusting!!

It was not bad.
Pros:

It was affordable @ $135/night & during racing season at Oklawn Race Track.

Cons:

Several things could use more attention. I saw 2 ants inside the room plus brought one home in my computer bag. My two bed-side lamps did not have light bulbs in them, so I called & they delivered them; however, I then found that one of the sockets was broken off & would not accept a bulb... Part of the cabinet over the small fridge was broken & leaning at a 15 degree angle. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. That all said if you can tolerate small stuff it's fine.

Cons:

Tv smaller then normal. The bathtub and sink drains slow along with toilet flushes slow. The shower,the water comes out the head and spiket at same time while you have to stand in 3" of water.

No room service all week, the owner even said stay overs don't get clean rooms,
WiFi was unsecured, coffee only at Continental breakfast, maids were really high on something & couldn't even focus
