Disappointing
Pros:

Location was ideal for what we needed, which is why we chose the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was in the course of renovation, we had to transit through the work area to get to the room.
The bath needed a deep clean and the shower didn’t work.

Under construction terrible stay.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

We requested a balcony on the booking site.It said this establishment had them, it did not.
They neglected to tell us they were under construction. We were unable to stay in the room that we selected and paid for.
Ladies at the front desk were rude. Although you could barely hear them over all the machinery running.
It was extremely dangerous walking around the establishment. No cleanup was made when the work was finished for the day.

Pros:

The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

There was extensive renovations affecting many areas of the hotel including toxic smells during carpet installation. I would have appreciated knowing about the renovations ahead of my stay. I left with a migraine from the toxic smell. It was clean enough, but the renovations debris was everywhere.

Pros:

Accessible, prime location, great staff, surpurb breakfast included, pricing, on site amenities; clean beds, linens, bathroom. The hotel could use an upgrade in furniture, carpet, etc. The hotel is well maintained, with friendly staff. Very pleased with our experience.

I will be making this a regular stat everytime I’m in Sydney!
Pros:

Convenient, clean, quiet, friendly, breakfast was good, and they are currently renovating!! The renovated areas look great!! I am excited to return again and see the transformation.

Cons:

Automatic doors and a smoother transition into the building for roller bags and carrying luggage would be nice to have.

Friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location/ fair price/ engaging staff!
Aman greeted us when we arrived! She was very pleasant! She was also there when we left! Still delightful!

Cons:

Breakfast was great but no gluten free bread available/ it was frozen.
