I guess I'm a regular now
Pros:

My 3rd stay for a work trip, so I guess you could say this is my go to for the region. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed with nice linens. Good desk and chair. Not a new hotel, but well-maintained and comfortable. They have the standard free breakfast with waffle maker, cereals, bagels and toast,etc. Staff is wonderful.

Cons:

I really like this place.
