Comfortable hotel in great location for Usher Hall and Princes Street.
Stayed on the first floor, high ceilings so made the rooms feel bigger. Fantastic location.
Restaurant was nice and spacious. Only used for breakfast.
Cómodo hotel para una noche donde nuestro principal actividad fue visitar el Castillo que está muy cerca. Camas cómodas, limpio y buen desayuno.
Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba. Había un olor desagradable en los pasillos de las habitaciones (2do piso) como a pegamento, pero no dentro de las habitaciones.
Good location, rooms were comfortable
No kettle in room. Tried to order room service at 10:45pm and [dialled 0) the number rang out.
Tried to connect to the wifi but wouldn’t accept name and room. Told the reception in the morning and she has replied “you should have told us and we would have given you a promo code”. - Personally I think, they should of given us/told us at check in time about wifi information.
Rooms were clean and we got a decent sleep but felt it lacked in other ways (such as above) considering the cost of 1 night , therefore wouldn’t rush back!!

Nothing really as we left after 10 minutes of checking in.
Air conditioning was not working and the supervisor who did the check in didn’t tell. We came into the room and noticed, then called to check and she offered a fan. I asked for a change of rooms and she informed that lots of rooms had the AC not working, and offered a room with one bed, which wouldn’t really work for me and my teenager daughter. The room was very dusty and no windows were available to open so couldn’t stay, we left and still waiting for the refund.
The welcome, the staff plus the upgrade! Thankyou so much will be back for sure

Needs renovation, the bathroom shower is hazardous as have climb into bath tub to get to it, slippery and dangerous, smelly carpets the corridor smell of mouldy
Hotel was very nice and clean. The smell is very inviting. Staff and breakfast were very good. Overall very good stay!
