Disappointing
Cons:

The room was not as expected. Supposed to be a Deluxe room but was definitely not to a deluxe standard and not as advertised. Supposed to be a coffee table and sofa in the room, and bathrobes and slippers but these were not there. Only 1 can of water in the fridge. Very poor lighting. Bathroom fittings on the wall were loose. Breakfast was expensive for the quality. Overall very poor, shabby and disappointing. Would have expected better for a Hilton.

Pros:

Enjoyed staying at the Double tree Hilton. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in excellent location for the Old town and the Royal Mile, within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
