Un hôtel très bien placé mais cher pour la prestation.
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite, proche du centre et dans un quartier calme, avec vue sur le château. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur. Pas assez de pression dans la douche et les portes des chambres très bruyantes.

Good location, very expensive for a tired hotel
Pros:

View and location are good. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff were lovely

Cons:

terrible lifts, it was quicker to take the stares. Rooms felt basic even though they were superior. Very dark lighting in the room. All round tired yet expensive.

Pros:

De locatie was goed, je kon te voet de stad verkennen. Het personeel was vriendelijk zonder meer.

Cons:

De verhouding prijs kwaliteit is echt niet in orde. De kamer was oud en klein. De badkamer was eveneens heel klein en oncomfortabel. Douche was in het bad met een gordijn. 4* onwaardig, en al zeker niet voor het gevraagde bedrag.

When we arrived, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to use the lift to get to our room because the staff had taken delivery of a large pallet of toilet rolls in the reception and were using the lifts to take them to the store room (or wherever they had to go). It was a really strange experience. Having stayed in many DTHilton’s never have I seen toilet rolls being delivered in the guest reception and multiple guests having to wait whilst the delivery was being unloaded. In addition, parking was a real challenge for us and spoilt our visit. We’d been travelling across Scotland and had a roof box on our car. We couldn’t use the provided car park due to low ceilings, and the hotel staff couldn’t recommend an alternative. It didn’t feel like we could have been the first guests to ever have a roof box so it was disappointing they couldn’t help at all.

Nice comfort hotel very near grass market the location was remarkable would definitely stay again

Lifts were a hassle with only one lift working it was always crowded and had to wait long .
