Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, lo que fue un gran inconveniente en pleno agosto. El ascensor huele a humedad y no hay personal alguno (todo es telemático, tanto el checkin como el checkout…)

La posizione e la mentalità dietro le scelte gestionali

Cons:

Peccato per la dimensione della stanza, era così piccola che non potevamo tenere aperte le valigie per terra. Altra nota dolente non c'è aria condizionata, avevamo solo un purificatore d'aria/ventilatorino, che ben poco poteva contro i 30/31 gradi che c'erano la notte in stanza.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Von hier aus kommt man überall zu Fuß gut hin.
Das Frühstück wird zwar nicht im Haus, aber am Gärtnerplatz (nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß) angeboten. Ist super lecker bei sehr freundlicher Bedienung, sehr schön zum Sitzen.
Kein Problem damit, dass keine Rezeption da ist. Mit dem Code hat das super funktioniert.
Parkhaus direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hinaus und daher bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Ventilator ist vorhanden, jedoch keine Klimaanlage. Wenn es sommerlich warm ist, nicht für jeden geeignet.

Prettige locatie, makkelijk inchecken en uitchecken, leuke extra’s op de kamer. Waterfles in bruikleen handig op stap. Airco fijn bij 37 graden
