Cons:

Me encantó todo y la estadía fue excelente! Lo único “malo” fue que al realizar el check in y check out no tuvimos lugar para dejar las valijas porque el luggage storage estaba lleno, fuera de eso el resto fue perfecto

Gute Lage , sauber Zimmer , leichter Zugang .
Pros:

Einfacher Zugang , sauberes Zimmer wie beschrieben.

Cons:

Frühstück fussläufig 5 min im Kaffee im wert von 19 € reicht gerade für ein Tee / Espresso und ein Müsli in München.

Eigentlich schönes Hotel: Digital Check in Glücksache, Schlafkomfort eingeschränkt
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung, schöne Zimner

Cons:

Der Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Wesentliche Mail waren in verschiedenen E-Mail-Clients nicht lesbar (Betreff ohne Inhalt).
Nur durch eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, die sich aber erst nach 5 Minuten als eine auswies, konnten wir das Problem lösen (Weiterleitung an WhatsApp).
Die Zimmer nach vorne sind sehr laut (zum Glück hatten wir Winter). Wir waren im ersten Stock und hatten bis 24 Uhr unter uns im Restaurant Party mit lauter Musik.

Great value for money! Small, unique, green concept, great location, for solo travelers.
Pros:

The location is great! My room was super small, but perfect for people who are just looking for a good sleep, as the bed was one of the most comfy I've ever had. LOVED the gym combination! Everything felt "Form-follows-function" with great quality.

Cons:

No kettle and I wished for some hot tea in the cold weather (snowy January). The wifi was really bad in my room. The room I had was super small fits for a solo traveler only

Lage top, deswegen der recht hohe Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich optimal, das Parkhaus in der Nähe war mit 20€ auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Räume sind sehr mager/ minimalistisch eingerichtet. Für das Geld wünsche ich mir doch mehr Möbel in einem Hotelzimmer. Es gab kein Bügeleisen, keinen Tisch an dem man vernünftig sitzen konnte und bloß einen kleinen Sessel.
Die Wand gegenüber des Bettes stand komplett leer, weshalb sie auch entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren hatte.
Außerdem bin ich davon ausgegangen dass es ein Fitness Raum im Hotel gibt. Das wurde aber irreführend suggeriert, am Ende hat sich herausgestellt dass man zu einem Partner-Fitnessstudio hätte gehen müssen, um dort Sport machen zu können. Ist mir persönlich zu umständlich gewesen, wenn man bloß 30 Minuten aufs Laufband möchte.
Auch dass man keine Schlüsselkarte mehr bekommt, sondern sein Handy dafür nutzen muss, finde ich umständlich.

Schön designtes Digital-Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Design, gute Lage

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Service mehr, alles wird digital gehandhabt, Zimmerschlüssel, Check-In etc. Das ist grundsätzlich ok, man muß aber schon sehr Smartphone-affin und -erfahren sein, damit das reibungslos klappt.
Mir persönlich fehlt das Gefühl, Gast und willkommen zu sein, es gibt keine Begrüßung oder irgendetwas persönliches. Dafür ist es aber auch nicht günstig.
