sehr zähe Rechnungausstellung - für Geschäftsreisende, die eine Rechnung brauchen, ni. zu empfehlen

Es war alles super und in Ordnung - bis auf die Tatsache, dass das mit der Rechnungsausstellung sehr zäh ging und auch bisher nicht geklappt hat (siehe unten)

Cons:

Die Rechznungsausstellung ist sehr zäh. Jetzt ist es über einen Monat her und ich halte nach vielem Hin und Her nur eine "vorläufige" Rechnung (preview bill) in Händen. Als ich zum Ende meines Aufenthalts nach einer Rechnung fragte sagte man mir : Erst in 10 Tagen, da bekommen wir das Geld dann von Booking.com, vorher können wir keine Rechnung ausstellen. Dann musste ich nochmal nachfragen und nochmal nachfragen, mittlerweile habe ich nur eine preview bill, die ich so nicht einreichen kann. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs bin weiss ich noch nicht, ob ich die Unterkunft steuerlich geltend machen kann.

Pros:

Loved the location and comfort. Very clean and lovely room. Very good communication through the Bob bot.

Cons:

The only thing we found challenging was the phone based key, especially when booking multiple rooms under one name. We were able to manage, but it was not as convenient as having key cards for all the guests.

Hotel an zentraler Lage mit ruhigen Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr zentralen Lage, der Check In war unkompliziert, das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch etwas klein, die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig, für kürzere Aufenthalte lohnt sich diese Hotel sehr.

Kein Punkte.
