Pros:

Comfy bed, really nice shower and bathroom, clean and good amenities including a good hairdryer. Helpful staff who messaged to check on my check in process given it is not a typical way of checking in. Easy to figure out check in process. Great location.

Pros:

Super Lage, konnte problemlos ein&auschecken

Cons:

Leider ist ein Lokal neben an & ist sehr sehr laut am Wochenende … außerdem war die Feuertreppe direkt neben dem Zimmer & öfters Leute vor dem Fenster.

Clean room. Did the job.

Very clean room.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work. This hotel only has inbuilt air on on the 6th and 7th floors. Our room was on the 6th but the aircon didn’t work and a portable unit had been placed in the room. While we appreciated having the portable aircon to keep things cool, it took up a lot of space in what was a smallish room.

Also, there is a telephone transmitter antenna about 50 metres from the hotel with one transmitter panel aimed directly at the hotel. Okay for a couple of nights I suppose, but I personally avoid close proximity to these transmitters where possible.

I would not recommend this hotel—it offers poor customer service, no real attention to guests.

The location was the only good thing

Cons:

I would not recommend staying at this property. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel offers very little in terms of guest service and showed no interest in resolving problems.

The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but in reality there was only a portable unit that did not cool the room because it was not vented outside. Despite reporting the issue, no effective solution was provided.

If you value comfort and good customer service, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

Pros:

Da ich dachte das die erste Buchung fehltgeschlagen war (keine Bestätigung) buchte ich erneut. Das Ergebnis war, dass ich 450 Euro für eine doppelbuchung bezahlen musste. Trotz email kein entgegenkommen. Danke für nichts!

Pros:

Great location, clean room.

Cons:

No air-conditioning which is a must if climate change is making the summers hotter for longer. Even with a temporary fan machine the room was incredibly hot. Also providing 2 can drinks on arrival but they were hot and no fridge to put them in.
