there was no hot water in the unit. I told te staff 3 times and it was only corrected after almost a full day!.. no apology - just "we have fixed the problem" - a totally unacceptable lack of service.

הנוף מקומה 17 באמת יפה מאד.
קבלנו שדרוג.
היה לנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת.
המיקום במרכז הכרמל מול גן האם מאד יפה.
איפשרו לנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר. ארוחת בוקר עם מוצרים טובים וטריים.
ממש כיף!!
