I loved the location, and staff in the dining room!
Pros:

Breakfast and all meals were wonderful!!!
Aside from the beauty of the dining room, the variety of foods served for breakfast was great!
Excellent service, and reception from staff members.

Cons:

Slightly rude people at reception desk - upon arrival and departure from hotel.

Great hotel, perfect for a short trip in the area
Pros:

This hotel is located in the heart of Haifa. The atmosphere is chill, lots of families. The rooms are very solid and clean, especially for the value. There was little to no noise around at night, slept extremely soundly after a long day of touring. The service was great, especially the people at the front desk, but it is definitely a plus to speak Hebrew. Didn't explore much of the amenities. Food was great at the included breakfast. Went on Chanukah and there was a communal lighting and sufganyot, very very nice. They let us store our bags for the day which was exactly what we needed after checking out so we could hike at Har HaCarmel.

Perfect smart hotel with spectacular views.
Pros:

Great scenic position with bus stop outside. Lovely promenade walk behind hotel with spectacular views. Great reception staff. Excellent breakfast, also right next door to a small mall with an Italian restaurant and a few shops.
