If you upgrade to a renovated room, the room is pleasant. Impressive lighting. No place to hang swimming suit. Breakfast is amazing. Re. Parking, rent a small car as this is very tight and not owned by the hotel. Gym is falling apart. Check in/out is slow

The breakfast here is amazing - so much choice but service was poor. For example, there was no remote control in our room and despite asking twice for one to be supplied, it never materialised

We are staying during the current conflict . We had to unexpectedly extend our stay . The staff here goes over and above especially in these times. Avi was amazing and extra helpful. All of the staff is so accommodating and helpful. They really ensure that you have everything you need .

Great location

The pool area is lovely & very clean, our room was great, bed comfortable and the staff are excellent, breakfast is the best, thank you we will be back

All was good until midnight, when the waft of cigarette smoke drifted into my room followed by the thumping of loud music through the walls from a party next door. Complained to management, who didn’t seem to care. 4 calls and one visit to the front desk ensued, during which nothing was done. Asked the front desk to relocate me at 2 am, and they said they couldn’t. Asked them to visit the room. Claimed they sent security but music continued until 4am. Knocked on the offending room’s door and was verbally assaulted. Whomever was on duty the night of April 30 / Morning of May 1 should be fired. I’m sure this will elicit some sort of “this is not within our standards and will be reviewed” response to this comment but please stay away from this property. Ruined my short trip.

Easy check in. Super late check out and the staff was excellent

Overall good

Love staying at the dan panorama. A comfortable stay. Checked in early which was a pleasant bonus. Staff were friendly. The only downside was the drilling but they were doing maintenance . Excellent breakfast with an excellent selection and fresh.

The staff is amazing and so is the food.
Do not advertise Air Conditioning when there isn't any. I need it for health reasons and even though it is technically the "winter" season it was over 78 degrees in the rooms. It is ancient to not have each room have control of its own temperature. There is also a lot of construction happening and NO outdoor areas anywhere. I get that the pool is closed, why not have outdoor areas open? doors to the outside were locked. There was also construction by the front door that was a safety hazard and no one to help with bags at all.

Room was comfy and clean. Mattress and Bedding were good. Breakfast buffet was abundant and excellent.

Staff really worked hard to make the stay great. Wonderful pool area.

the over all stay was enjoyable however the security, seem not to believe me that i was staying in the hotel.
also missed a day with the pool as they closed it one day 2.5 hours before closing time.

I recently stayed at Dan Panorama and had a generally pleasant experience, but there were a few areas for improvement. The staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable. The pool and kids' pool were great, providing a fun and relaxing environment for the whole family.

However, there were some downsides. The breakfast menu was the same every day, which became repetitive over our stay. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the elevators, making the ride uncomfortable, especially in the warm weather. The Building is a little dated .

Overall, it's a decent hotel with friendly service and good amenities, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

Overall, it was a nice stay, but it's disappointing when you realize you're paying Hilton prices without receiving that level of service.

Check-in
I was fortunate to have a fast check-in since I arrived at night. However, during the day, people were waiting for around an hour to check-in.

Parking
Parking is an additional cost, which seems typical for a Tel Aviv hotel. However, it's available to the public, so when I arrived, I was told there were no available parking spaces.

Food
Breakfast was served, but there were no significant changes from day to day. For some reason, I just didn't enjoy most of the cooked food. other the fresh eggs, there is nothings else being made fresh

Room
We had a pool and sea view room. It was a decent size with a very nice view, though the room is starting to feel dated. It's still okay for now.

Pool
The outdoor pool and kids' pool were really nice, with a food and drink bar available. We had one small incident with security before entering the pool, where they only stopped my family to check our bags. It felt racial, but we chose not to take it further.

Overall, the staff were nice and helpful, and the place was kept very clean. However, it's not on the level of a Hilton or David Intercontinental, so you're paying too much for what you get.
