Riverside Hotel Motel

The room was spacious enough for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). There was no elevator, so carrying the bags to upper floor room was a bit of pain. The property was close to the ferry jetty (few minutes by car). One can enjoy the view of the river at the back of the motel or walk along side of the river. There's not much to do in the area, but "Tailem Bend Old Town" is not too far, so it could be a good spot to drop by if you are staying in this motel.

The main feature of this property is the view of the Murray River, depending which room you get. Some rooms have WONDERFUL views, others not. My room had a view. The view from the convenient restaurant is magnificent too, so if you don't get a view in your room, you can view the river from the restaurant, or walk outside to see it. I watched birds, and the car ferry plying its way across the river from my dining table. My room was small, but that's older pubs; they tend to be small. Comfortable bed. I had an ensuite; some rooms don't. The ensuite was nicely tiled. I would have liked a desk to work at, but likely no room for one. There is a large shared fridge in the shared common room and I was able to freeze my Esky bottles there. Friendly staff.

Great spot for a rest stop with great dining value.

Dude serving last night was a dick to my wife and had attitude out of his ass. However the older Blonde lady a champion shame they employ foreign dickheads.

Friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Restaurant was great. Shared bathroom could do with updating. No where to put clothes in bathroom/ shower and no shower curtain on bath

Hotel was clean and room was fine. Lots of noise from road and other guests. Very little sleep was had.

A little bit of an issue when we checked in but all fine after that... extensive restaurant menu and the food was great.

I only stayed for one night during a stop over on my way to Adelaide, however Riverside motel met all of my expectations. It was clean and comfortable and offered lovely views over the river.

Everything was great, price cleanliness comfort and hotel meals fantastic. Just a bit of road noise was the only setback. Would still stay again though

Paid extra for a triple room was looking forward to having a drink on the balcony with river views like seen on the photos but was given one with just a window looking out over the highway and beer garden instead other ones all booked out which was pretty disappointing however staff there were very friendly

Stay a night here on the way home on a business trip. Friendly welcoming staff. The room was refurbished but the complex is aged. Even so the room was very adequate for one night and the evening meal in the dining room was good.

The property was easy to access. Was clean and service every day.

Nice price and sutable for my need.but was quoted a price for 2 people but told them it was only me then change of plans and had my son come with me which they then charged me for him.

Lovely view from the window and tbe pub food was fantastic

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Being on the main highway expect some traffic noise, although this was not excessive and not too disturbing at all. Price is the best in time.
