Pros:

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included as with most hotels. They had a board out front that stated it was $16.00. They did, however have little coffee makers in the room.

Convenient location and quiet rooms!
Pros:

Nice; clean; quiet; housekeeping was super sweet and very efficient; all the staff we interacted with was great!
We didn't use the little store by the front desk but very convenient for a quick snack or if you don't have the means to leave the hotel.
Parking was plentiful and was only full one of the nights we stayed; close to shopping and restaurants; close to main highways.

Cons:

Sink didn't drain; breakfast was super expensive; pool was a little cloudy

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Because of the festival taking place the hotel was very busy but the staff was great and friendly the entire time of our stay. We had a King room and it was very roomy and clean. We liked having the blackout curtains as well. We actually had plenty of storage for unpacking. The bed was very comfortable and the maid service was daily so we were never without amenities. The hotel restaurant and bar doesn’t open until 5:00 in the evening however there are a number of restaurants within walking distance which we did. After a really exhausting day of driving we really wanted a beer though but since the lounge wasn’t open yet we were still able to purchase one and the front desk even opened them for us. Even for being a full hotel the first few days it was a quiet stay, away from the elevators. The breakfast buffet was $16 each and had plenty. The bacon goes quick. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

This has been the best experience of a one night stay on my way to my destination. They made it easy
Pros:

I have an allergy to feathers. I can be where they were present but not where they are still present. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I would not be exposed. They were very understanding and friendly. I didn't feel I was putting them out. That is appreciated!

Perfect area but awful facilities.
Pros:

The bed was awful. The shower head and attachment wasn’t secure on the shower wall and kept sliding down. Thankfully my friend was able to rig it to stay up so we could shower. Too much money for this type of situation.

Great place. Great location. A little more attention would make this place the best.

Cons:

No free breakfast option. I get having a paid buffet. But could also offer some kind of complimentary option also. Also, mold in the shower. Not much but I only mention it because it’s a very quick clean with some bleach and a quick scrub.

Would stay again
Pros:

The indoor pool and the fact that it was heated. The hospitality that the staff offered, and the cleanliness.

Cons:

Neighbors were loud on our last night. Not the hotels fault. Beds weren't exactly queen size. My kids have full size beds that are bigger.
