I had an enjoyable short week visit.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The indoor pool was nice for our 2 year old when it was not too crowded. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I had trouble learning the routine for the breakfast. Some mornings the hostess wanted to make things fresh and other times it was more of a get it yourself process. It was convenient to have a meal at the hotel.

Pros:

The indoor pool and the fact that it was heated. The hospitality that the staff offered, and the cleanliness.

Cons:

Neighbors were loud on our last night. Not the hotels fault. Beds weren't exactly queen size. My kids have full size beds that are bigger.

Good management staff under educated
Pros:

It was close to Malbis and the interstate manager tried to make it right

Cons:

The alarm went off 9 times because of a faulty sensor. Which wasn’t their fault but I was in a hearing impaired room so the fire alarm blinked like a strobe light until the fire department showed up EVERYTIME and nobody thought to try to move me to a different room. I didn’t of course realize in the middle of the night that my room was the only one doing it.
