Worn out bed!!
Pros:

Great people at desk, easy access to interstate. Shower was great. The bed was absolutely horrible!! They need new beds in Room 417. The bed was worn out, it felt like a 600lb person had been only sleeping on one side of the bed!! If you get in the bed and get in the middle you will roll towards the night stand! And the pillows were super soft.

Subpar
Pros:

Location for Mississippi was ok and access from hospital was good. Room was smaller than usually

Cons:

Hot tub was out of order. Ice machine on my floor. Out of order. Cleanliness was subpar and my rate was higher than quoted from Booking .com

It sucks to have like a refund or another room somewhere else

I liked the swimming pool

Cons:

I didn’t like that the Jacuzzi was shut down because it didn’t mention it when I was looking at it mentioned free breakfast that cost almost $20. People are mean and the rooms are dirty and the bed boards are broke underneath and a bunch of places.

Cons:

You could tell the building was old, the shower head was loose and bathroom had a spot were it had been wet to the point of a hole and a little mold,wallpaper coming up at the spot
