Staff were nice upon check in and at the bar. Very friendly. Seemed a little bit dated versus pictures. (Lamp shades, towels, pillows. )Close restaurants and such close to the highway. Happy they accepted our little dog. Nice , well lit, open, walking area right outside the hotel.

everything was okay no changes
The place is close to restaurants but the times on their facility has signs with the times the pool and fitness room is open and they are wrong. The staff is rude and the online description is wrong.
I asked and made sure the indoor swimming area was open and available before booking my stay. I get to the room and was told the hot tub and spa was out of order but the pool was open. We go out for dinner and come back for a swim before bed because the sign states the pool is open until 11pm well the front desk says she's not sure why but the pool closes on a timer now and she isn't sure what time it closes. And she can't help us. (Apparently it closes at 8pm). The late pool access was the reason I booked at this location. Not to mention the ac isn't working properly and the toilet is broken and isn't secured to the floor. You could probably bump into it and knock it over. 🤬

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub needless to say the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and there was trash-dirt on the bottom
