Room walls were dirty. Ants in bathroom. Shower water went on floor instead of in the drain

A decent place with good staff and workable location for a reasonable price..
Pros:

staff accessibility, professionalism, friendliness, willingness to help when needed.. location was good, with restaraunt and coffehouse immediately (short walking distance) near by and a nice strip-mall/plaza, other retail businesses and several other better than decent looking restaraunts within minutes drive.. depending on the direction you come in, the location is oddly hidden in a combination warehouse/mixed business park of sorts, but GPS got us right there without problem.. arriving from the front is straightforward, off the main road.. breakfast is short and early (6am-9am), but there are several other options nearby.. I would recommend to any with business in the area and would stay here again..

Cons:

length/time of breakfast, more flexibility with check-in time (but I could say that about most any hotel/motel, to be fair..), bed was much firmer than I'm used to..slept well, but woke up sore..

Bed was comfortable for one night. Would never stay more than that.
Pros:

Elevator was dirty. Room outdated. Shampoo bottle broken off the wall and just left sitting on the towels. Bathroom very outdated. No hot water. Staff did not make me aware that there was an issue until checkout. The coffee was the worst I’ve had in my life. I can’t even explain what that was! Mud water? I’m not sure. I asked at the desk about compensation for the hot water. The older lady at the desk stated “ the manager is working on something for everyone.” So I expect to be hearing something soon.

DONT STAY HERE…
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Booked this room on booking.com, paid IN FULL for the room. Once arrived the guy working charged my card again for the FULL amount plus the deposit and then charged me the deposit again. Once it was brought to their attention, they said they couldn’t give me a refund and to contact booking.com. Very unprofessional, very rude not to mention the place is absolutely filthy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Cons:

Bathroom light kept flickering when turned on and the bed wasnt comfortable it was hard and not enough pillow fluff and quantity for a king bed.
