Smell of the room. Bad outlet.

The first king room we booked was pretty dirty. The floor had crumbs and hair all over it, the bed was made but when we looked the pillows and bed had a couple hairs as well. And the toilet had hairs and pee stains on the seat. When we brought this up to the staff they were very nice and apologetic, and gave us the next best available which was a double queen room. When we got to that room the floors were still dirty but mildy better,less hair, but still dirty like hasn't been mopped or even swept maybe since the last quest or 2. As well as there was a half used soda left in the fridge. But the beds didnt have hair and the toilets seemed clean so we put up with it for the night 🤷 the staff was very nice and the location is good. Pool area is decent. But cleanliness brought the whole experience down alot

The whole in the ground where the hot tub should be no cover just an empty hole. The Wendy’s wrappers and cups found in our room upon check in. The freezing cold water in our bathroom. The lack of any semblance of a breakfast. I

The room felt like a jail cell. It was awful. It was very stark, the window was half way in the shower, the window screen was filthy and broken out in the bottom, no carpeting or area rugs. Walking into the hotel, the front door mat was ripped and very dirty. We did not stay and went elsewhere.

The water was freezing (in the room). The hot tub was broken. Breakfast was LACKING.

the last night that we was there there was no hot water and when we checked out there was still no hot water.

The room was not very clean when we checked in. The floors had visible dirt on them, there was trash hidden by the microwave. The refrigerator was dirty. The TV screen was dirty, along with the TV stand. The shower curtain was old and had mold on it.

The beds were hard, pillows were not comfortable, and pool areas was dated. The Hot Tub in the pool area was out of order. Very little pool towels available.

It was very dirty and unsafe. Doors to outside were unlocked look like our room door had been kicked in before the windows were unlocked on ground level. Hot tub was gross had to go buy cleaners to clean it our self. It had literal shit in it. Shower head was nasty. Bed was loud. Noodles under the microwave. Over all dirty and unsafe.

The building is run down, the room was superficially clean, but there was dirt in the corners and on the windowsills, one outlet besid the bed was dead, and the bed platform was very loud when getting on/off the bed. The breakfast was awful and the coffee tasted terrible.

Needs overall updating badly.
The hot tub was not working and not noted.
The air conditioner/heater is very loud.
Walls are paper thin.

Scary accomodations. Dirty, old and outdated rooms. Did not feel safe. Pool area had chipping concrete and hot tub was out of order. King room only had one broken chair. No other seating but bed. Upon inspection of room and facility, we refused to stay in this sub par establishment. Staff was understandable and acknowledged cancellation n processed refund without hassle. This place either needs a massive renovation or to close its doors.

Very dirty, blanket was like a old curtain. Could close bathroom door as the trim was all broke. I stubbed my toe and was unable to sleep or continue to enjoy my vacation, milk in fridge with breakfast that consisted of cold biscuits and grave an watered down waffle mix was chunky and smelt HORRIBLE! Only willing to refund 1 out of 2 nights. I will post pictures as I think everyone should see what I'm talking about.
