They need to clean their rooms better. Bathtub and bathroom didnt feel like it was cleaned in a long time. Sheets were dirty everything seemed like it needed to be cleaned

Everything should be wiped down mirrors floors tables tv refrigerator everything in bathroom and absolutely the bedding and pillows cleaned

People smoking in hotel and it was dirty and smelly in there.

We only had one issue. The bathroom door to room 324 got stuck if you closed it all the way while inside. Luckily there were 3 of us and someone was always able to bang on the top of the door to knock it loose. I informed staff upon check out. Hopefully it got fixed before the room was given out again!

Noises of frig and cooling systems very loud when turn on

Everything else was poor room was dirty spa tub had access panel laying on the floor had food in the fridge garbage on the counter hair in the bed hair in the spa tub hair on the sink overall was not clean at all

Literally everything was horrible from the floors to the management. Hot tub was barred off. Manager was the worst person I’ve ever met. I don’t think they clean anything in the rooms except making the beds, yet I still found strangers hair in my bed… I have proof including voice memos that the manager is a greedy man who doesn’t care about his customers. Hair everywhere in the room. Dead AND alive fruit flies everywhere. Fridge melted all over next to power cords before I first walked into the room . WiFi didn’t work even after I paid for the gaming services. Housekeeper came to help but I still had to clean the floor myself twice. That’s just 2% of what happened in my 1 1/2 day stay. Manager blamed me for it all? Was going to stay for double that BECAUSE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY but I demanded a refund and left early despite LIVING OUT OF STATE because I could not mentally handle this disgusting hotel or their incompetent manager any longer. The other girl at the front was beautiful and helpful. Manger lied to me multiple times to my face and told me he wasn’t the manager, but the girl confirmed he was. Thank god I recorded everything.

I am a professional housekeeper myself and was absolutely appalled at the status of my room!!! I would absolutely get fired at my place of work if I cleaned this way

Nobody should stay here. Ever. If you have health issues you might die or get a strangers stray toenail clipping caught in your foot while walking the halls.
Manager said his name was Jerome O’Brien but he could’ve lied. I don’t know. Wouldn’t be surprised. Charged me double my pet fee when I tried to leave and didn’t refund me for my first night after forcing me to stay the first night bc I’m out of state.
Said he didn’t care if I was from “Timbuktu” and wouldn’t refund me despite the major health hazards in the bunker-styled room. Threatened me with court. Called me rude despite him lying and treating me horribly first. Just insane.

Beds could be comfortable and a little outdated

The bathroom door would not close! It would take about 15 minutes to correct this problem, so I’m not sure why it has not been corrected! Your ratings would get much higher with these simple fixes! Plus, there is a tissue in the fold up couch under the sheets, so that tells me that they just pulled the sheets up, didn’t replace them. Cleaning staff needs to be reprimanded for this!!

Small room, poor layout, LONG wait for hot water in the shower, A/C fan kept waking me up. I finally gave up and left at 5am.

Smell of the room. Bad outlet.

The first king room we booked was pretty dirty. The floor had crumbs and hair all over it, the bed was made but when we looked the pillows and bed had a couple hairs as well. And the toilet had hairs and pee stains on the seat. When we brought this up to the staff they were very nice and apologetic, and gave us the next best available which was a double queen room. When we got to that room the floors were still dirty but mildy better,less hair, but still dirty like hasn't been mopped or even swept maybe since the last quest or 2. As well as there was a half used soda left in the fridge. But the beds didnt have hair and the toilets seemed clean so we put up with it for the night 🤷 the staff was very nice and the location is good. Pool area is decent. But cleanliness brought the whole experience down alot

The whole in the ground where the hot tub should be no cover just an empty hole. The Wendy’s wrappers and cups found in our room upon check in. The freezing cold water in our bathroom. The lack of any semblance of a breakfast. I

The room felt like a jail cell. It was awful. It was very stark, the window was half way in the shower, the window screen was filthy and broken out in the bottom, no carpeting or area rugs. Walking into the hotel, the front door mat was ripped and very dirty. We did not stay and went elsewhere.

The water was freezing (in the room). The hot tub was broken. Breakfast was LACKING.
