I’ll definitely be rebooking.
Pros:

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable! It’s also right beside the gas station so it’s convenient for those travelling far.

Cons:

There was no ramp outside. I had a lot of luggage so I had to pull on the edge of the side walk to lift my luggage up. Not a huge deal for anyone young and fit but if you’re older it would be a struggle.

Pros:

Le lit très confortable.

Cons:

Les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnaient pas. Il fallait demander à la réception pour qu’un employé nous accompagne à la chambre pour débarrer la porte avec un passe-partout.

réveillé presque toute la nuit par une personne qui voulait aller dans sa chambre, mais le personnel était pas disponible. Aucun personnel était disponible.
Ça a été très dérangeant aurait aimé recevoir une compensation pour le dérangement que ça nous a causé

Approximite à Québec

Cons:

Très bruyant et des voisins fêtons jusqu'au matin, et lendemain des gens à l’accueil de l’hôtel vers 3h matin jusqu'à 6 matin cris et non pas arrêt de sonner la cloche. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi est très facile d’entre à l’enceinte de l’hôtel.

L'emplacement. Restaurant à proximité.

Cons:

La clé qui n'a pas fonctionné. Obligé de redescendre pour en avoir une autre. La nouvelle fonctionnait une fois sur deux.
Le chauffage qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et qui partait aux 2 minutes. Le matelas pas très confortable. Durant la nuit, on voyait la lumière du corridor tout autour de la porte, et par conséquent, c'était bruyant.

Aucun déjeuner sur place 20% au Normandin a côté

Personnel incompétent pas capable de s'évader la.porte de notre chambre carte d accès désactivé tout seuls.ne trouve pas les clef physique démarrer la chambre a 3h du matin on est laissé a nous même sans accès a notre chambre personnel arrive en retard de 1h30 personnes sur place de 7h a 8h30
