3rd time in this hotel and this is my 1st option in cancun town, not too expensive and good breakfast buffet security gard and lobby open 24/7 with parking garage and walkable areas like palapas park and so many restaurants options.

Pictures and description misleading. No phone, fridge, or microwave in the room. No restaurant or bar on the premises. Bad area.
Cheap....Clean...convenient. hot hot shower with pressure. Clean pool...free buffet breakfast...central to everything in Cancun Central!

What a wonderful 3 stars hotel!. It was spotless clean, good smell, most of the personnel were very efficient and kind. The breakfast included I would say was like a complete self serve buffet brunch.
The only cons were: the gated parking was quite small and open air, they didn't clean the leafs from the swimming pool very often (no biggie), and the worst con was the Internet, because it was very spotty in our room, out in the common areas it was way better.
But overall, super recommended, we are totally satisfied.

Todo muy bien con el personal muy amables aunque se daño la tarjeta de la habitación y en la otra la caja fuerte no funcionaba y se daño el aire. No hay muchos sitios para salir a fiestar cerca ni playas a distancias caminables
The hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious enough options and yummy pastries will definitely stay again..
The location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and the ADO station.
I liked that my room was very clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast
was excellent. But the pillows were as hard as a brick, there was no refrigerator, no clock or radio 'and no drawers to put your clothes in.
