This review is for Adhara Hacienda and not Express. When we reached Express, the hotel apparently was close, and we ended up staying at the sister company, which was great

Hotel Closed!
Pros:

The Adhara Express is closed down. It has been gutted of electrical goods and the pool emptied. If you book when you arrive you need to find the helpful security guard who gives you a letter. She the arranged transport to a sister hotel the Adhara Cancun who accommodate you. This hotel is very nice 9/10.

Cons:

This hotel is still advertised on Booking.com as open! After a 10.5hr flight, a 40m transfer you arrive at a hotel closed up and by luck we managed to attract the attention of security guard. We received NO information about this situation. Poor.

Local limpo e bem cuidado. Acabamos ficando num hotel da rede, melhor que o que reservamos. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação, pelo contrário. Ficamos num local muito acima do esperado.

The breakfast was really good at the menu including the staff. The location it was nice all the taxis know this hotel , its really close to the restaurant, public transportation.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so lovely and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Items were also replenished quickly.

The pillows could be softer and more comfortable and the rooms also need mini refrigerators.
