整体来讲不错，食物很棒，适合短期旅行。
Pros:

地理位置很好，距离大巴车站很近，但夏季天气很热如果你有行李箱还是稍微有点困难。房间面积很大，早餐丰富，咖啡很棒。

Cons:

床品不是特别舒适，被子很薄有点硬，洗漱用品不是太好用，还是带好自己的洗发水和护发素吧

This review is for the adhara hacienda as the express was closed for refurbishment. We were not informed of this by booking.com before we arrived.
The breakfast was excellent.

not the hotel or location advertised

the pool was great

Cons:

it was not at the location we booked. we were not notified about this at all until we arrived after paying for a taxi to the location. We booked this location so we could walk to things we wanted to go to. They then shuttle us to a different hotel which they said was an upgrade, but it was far away from where we wanted to walk so we had to end up paying for more taxis during our stay. The room was not as nice at the new hotel as the room looked at the one we had initially booked, they would not let us get a refund, even though it literally was not the hotel or the Location location we booked.

Bonnes prestations mais environnement peu agréable
Pros:

L'Adhara Express était en travaux à notre arrivée et nous avons été envoyés au Adhara Cancún.
C'est un grand complexe hôtelier, offrant de très bonnes prestations, personnel réactif, excellent pdj.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville, dans un environnement très urbain, bruyant, peu agréable. Donc, pour une nuit en sortant de l'aéroport avant de poursuivre, cela va mais je n'y sejournerais pas plus longtemps.

Estafa total , hotel en las ruinas cerrado y no lo publican , ten mucho cuidado si vienes aquí porque jamás te dirán que

No puedo decir que me gustó porque es una estafa absoluta , este hotel está cerrado hace meses , cuando llegas estafa abandonado , en condiciones deplorables y solo con alguien que lo cuida

Cons:

Ocultan que este hotel ya no está en funcionamiento porque hasta el último momento se estuvo contactando con el hotel , luego te mandan a otro que tienen en las afueras donde te es imposible hacer nada porque está lejos de todos , le pides soluciones y se niegan a darte alguna ni reembolso ni cambio a otro hotel , son unas ratas
