Pros:

They have hidden fees they wanted to charge my car $50 extra in case I damaged the room but on the site it doesn’t say anything about no extra fees so I left

0/10 – Absolutely horrible experience.

This hotel is filthy and completely unacceptable. We found cockroaches in our room, and the bedding was disgusting. The comforter had blood stains on it, along with yellow rings and blue pen marks. The sheets were stained as well.

The room itself was dirty upon arrival, and the towels provided were old, worn out, and looked like they should have been replaced years ago. Overall, the property gave the impression of a complete lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

What is most shocking is that this hotel operates under the Best Western name. I cannot understand how Best Western allows its brand to be associated with an establishment in such poor condition. This falls far below the standards guests should reasonably expect from a hotel carrying this brand.

We took photos to document the condition of the room, including the cockroaches and the stained bedding.

Beyond the disappointment, this experience raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety. No traveler should have to stay in these conditions.

I strongly advise travelers to stay elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

We left and did not stay, went and got another motel
Pros:

Was not clean did not have an elevator to get up to the second floor had to go upstairs being handicapped that was unacceptable for us so we ended up leaving not staying the night

Dirty everything from carpet to walls. 3/4 inch crack all around door which at night it let the hallway light in blue bugs. Tv, wifi and phone didn't work. Ac unit quit working, pool was very dirty and not functioning. ice machine didn't work on second floor. Breakfast was a joke, stail bread old yogurt.
