Beautiful arboretum. We enjoyed the indoor pool, although it was very cold. We also really enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast. Best omelet I've ever had!
Also, the suite was super spacious; had plenty of room to set up a crib, etc.
Didn't care for the $17 per night for parking. Seems like parking should be included as this property is not anywhere near downtown or near any other areas in which parking is not free.
The staff was very kind and hospitable.
The room felt very grimy and dirty. The red chair was stained and too gross to sit on. I covered it with an extra sheet so we could sit on it.

Have stayed twice now. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Love the happy hour too. Rooms clean and homey. Second stay, no throw pillows on couch, probably a slight oversight. Breakfast is fantastic. Definitely will stay again.

The atrium area was well maintained. Aside from that this hotel is an absolute disaster. The rooms are filthy and everything is breaking down.
The hotel staff, specifically the manager Christian was rude, dismissive, and cold. If there was a play book for what NOT to do when it comes to customer service, this property and staff would check all boxes. The Hilton Embassy Suites also over charged me. After speaking to the front desk about my promised refund, they still haven’t returned my money or any type of correspondence for weeks after leaving. One word, DISASTER. I have never left a property in my life. I checked out as soon as I could find other accommodations and Booking was instrumental in helping me through the process.
This is a great location and decent hotel, but my experience was marred by their business practices. First of all, they charge $17 per night for parking. You get no special treatment for this additional charge, just an additional way for them to make money. I would expect that in New York City or maybe even downtown Austin, but not here. Second, I grabbed a bottle of water and a Coca-Cola from their store. There are no prices posted, but I was in a hurry and asked them to charge it to my room. $13 was the total! Aging gym equipment and noisy A/C fans are all I received in return for these charges. Not a happy customer.
