Our key to our door didn’t work the second day the mantaince guy fixed it and still barely worked we luckily got into our room. Housekeeping tried to get into our door at 830am day of check out
The location was great to get to Busch gardens
Used soap left in room when we checked in. Only 2 towels for 6 guest. I asked for accommodation and they were not prepared. The water pressure was absolutely terrible barely trickling out. Would not recommend.
Convenient to all we needed near Tampa. Service and food were great, especially the nightly reception.
Toilet seat was loose.

Didn't get my complimentary drinks, arrived to the room to a old hotel that needs to be redone the toilet was clogged I called I stayed up to 11:30 at night never received any could not use the toilet phone didn't work microwave didn't work nobody ever came I called the front desk he did not answer 10 times until I called and went through sales and told them that directly direct me directly to the front desk that I was in the room and I could not use the bathroom
I used to stay at Hilton in my twenties I wanted to surprise my son for 16th birthday at a high-end hotel it was a major disappointment I am calling corporate whoever I need to talk to but that was such a disgrace and embarrassment the room toilet clogged nobody came I called the front desk they did not answer I waited till 11:30 at night did not get any sleep finally just went to bed with no toilet microwave did not work could not warm up my food nothing was working giant hole in the sofa sofa bed difficult to open and operate it was a horrible disgrace of the Hilton experience for my son's first time
The hotel was evidently overbooked according to the staff and because of that we had no hot water for showers. Evidently the general manager is aware of this according to the staff but refuses to acknowledge it.
Location was ok
Pool was freezing (22 degrees Celsius)
Breakfast was chaotic (no cutlery or plates, no food)
Cleaning service took all our towels and didn’t replace them, I then had to beg for towels and was given three towels for five people.
Customer service is very poor, not refunding us.
Also super disappointed with the service from Booking.com.

Downstairs in the main lobby, it was so cold you needed your coat or blanket. It seems like they did not want you to sit down and enjoy a drink or a meal. It was very uncomfortable.
