Close proximity to where we needed to be

We had to switch rooms and both rooms were warm, complained to front desk staff and no one ever came up to fix the issue, very disappointed

Lack of staff and communication.

The room for its price wasnt bad I was in 8th floor tho but it had alot of space living room 2 TV king size bed private area etc

Staff was very slow, didnt know if I had my reserved room available then going to room it wasnt even finished being clean when I checked in 2 hours later then time of check in but I was now running late to concert so we kicked house keeping out, also as I was getting dressed next day house keeping came in 2 hours before check out time so we kicked her out again I felt rushed and when I tried to buy drinks staff was no where to be found so had to leave to buy drinks out, and last thing the picture on site is definitely not the real thing it showed a nice white hotel with premium pool when I get there its a brown smaller building with a regular pool old and dirty site made me think I was going to be in a real nice hotel when it was average at best....and lastly app had a messaging system and call to check in through site I messaged them 3 times a week ahead still no response and I called twice put me to voice mail so it was pointless... will never go back

Rooms was service during the stay, the bathroom floors stayed dirty and the clean towels provided were stained or dirty.

From the front desk, to very staff members, they all had a smile on they faces.
Pros:

Having breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The very best is the made to order station for the omelets and bacon, all the other plus was also great, my husband and I were completely impressed, also the 2 complimentary drinks per night and appetizer was a surprise.
When I made my reservation I told them it was my birthday on Friday the 28th, and Vicky from the back office, kbock on my door on Thursday with flowers, card and a happy birthday balloon. I was totally surprised. She remembered it was my 75th birthday.

Cons:

The room was always very cold and we couldn't control the temperature, unless we turn it off.
The rug had a few patches of another rug and it made the room cheap. Some of the outlets had missing screws, the refrigerator felt like it wasn't attached properly. The cleaning service were extremely helpful.
