“Where Parking Costs Extra and Cheese Knows No Limits”
Pros:

I stayed here for one night and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a long drive, being told at check-in that parking is not included and that I needed to scan a code and pay separately was frustrating and frankly unacceptable. Parking should be part of the guest stay, no matter how you slice it. Forcing guests to go back outside, gather plate information, and navigate a payment system after arrival is inconvenient and reflects poorly on how this property values its guests.

The evening reception was equally underwhelming. Compared to other Embassy Suites locations, this one falls well below standard. Offering M&Ms, pretzels, and basic cheese as “happy hour” snacks felt cheap and almost insulting. The whole setup reminded me more of an airport snack station or being handed peanuts on a flight than an actual hotel reception. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites, and this was easily the weakest showing.

I had planned to grab a drink from the bar, but after watching guests enthusiastically construct what can only be described as cheese mountains on tiny coffee plates, I started to reconsider my life choices. I mean, the level of commitment to cheese was impressive, if slightly concerning. At that point, the atmosphere felt less like a reception and more like a competitive dairy event. That was my cue to quietly exit and retreat back to my room.

The room itself only added to the disappointment. The sofa bed had a visible stain on the sheet, which is a basic cleanliness failure. While a replacement sheet was eventually brought up, a blanket I had requested earlier never arrived, showing a clear lack of follow-through and attention to even simple guest requests.
As far as noise level, it was surprisingly quiet, which was one of the few positives during the stay.

Embassy Suites is usually a reliable brand, which makes this location stand out for all the wrong reasons. Between the added parking charge, subpar amenities, and poor housekeeping standards, this stay fell well below expectations. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others.

Close to Busch Gardens with shuttle bus.
Rooms were spacious with separate kitchen area. Staff were friendly. I would only stay as it was handy for Busch Gardens.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Rooms could do with updating. Rust in bath, dust round skirting. Had to move rooms as door wouldn't open then 2nd room shower didn't work.
Parking is not free.

Over priced for no luxury ..
Pros:

They do have great food and decent spaced room

Cons:

The price was to much for a 2 day stay iv stayed at alot of locations of different hotels and resorts and it was definitely over priced should have been around 300-400 and it was closer to 800 for that price there should have been more to the room (full kitchen) not to mention you have to pay for parking per day .. also no hot tub

Our key to our door didn’t work the second day the mantaince guy fixed it and still barely worked we luckily got into our room. Housekeeping tried to get into our door at 830am day of check out

Pros:

The location was great to get to Busch gardens

Cons:

Used soap left in room when we checked in. Only 2 towels for 6 guest. I asked for accommodation and they were not prepared. The water pressure was absolutely terrible barely trickling out. Would not recommend.
