I have stayed here a few times and each time there has been an issue with something regarding the facility infrastructur
Pros:

Great location very close to Busch Gardens . Great Breakfast and a very nice staff.

Cons:

The second night we had no Hot water for a shower . There were 4 elevators and at one point of our stay only one was working making it a very long wait to get from the 7th floor to the lobby .
