The Rates need to be closer to $100 a night almost $200 a night now would come stay more than 2 time

Breakfast was Phenomenal Happy Hour does not come up to your other Embassy Suites as far as food

The rooms have a terrible smell, the pool was closed all of the days. They also charged me twice for the rooms.

Apart from the staff unsatisfactory
Pros:

The locations more than anything is the best feature. The staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast is impressively good.

Cons:

I had a horrible experience with my bathroom that I hope is unique to room. The shower curtains were extremely wrinkled(very unprofessional) the roof was peeling. Normally I would excuse those two but the shower pressure is so awful that it made me angry and so I am more nitpicky about the bathroom. If this app let me I’d upload the video I took of the trickle

Quick weekend getaway from my son 16th birthday at Busch Gardens. Worth every minute.

Great will stay here again
Pros:

The staff at Embassy were amazing upon Check in Anna at reception was a pleasure to deal with helping us with best way to get to Bush Gardens and arranging shuttle transportation to get back to hotel. General manager was a nice gentleman who came out of his office to greet me and the family. Hotel located close to Bush Gardens and located across the road from Southern Florida University. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Inside of Hotel has beautiful atrium with plenty of seating areas. Nice enjoying a beverage at happy hour. Room was extremely clean and we enjoyed the suite layout and selection of coffee. We will stay here again next time we’re in Tampa.
