Comfy beds, awful breakfast, would not stay again
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we have slept in. Happy hour reception was fun and a nice touch. The staff helped us in navigating changing our booking dates when our flights got cancelled.

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely limited and nowhere near the quality of other Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. All of the bacon was burned, there was no sausage, very egg-heavy (unfortunate as I have an egg allergy). Everything was incredibly poor quality and cheaply done. Even the (plastic) silverware was dirty and staff didn’t want to get us replacements (all of the silverware available was filthy). It was a shock to discover as I nearly ate from a used spoon, which is disgusting in normal circumstances but especially during flu season. Breakfast staff was unhelpful and uncaring, on top of all of that, a staff member took my plate away while I was still eating, and while I was literally sat at the table. The fruit was all gone while we were eating, which was disappointing. I did see them refill it as we left, but it was empty for a long time…

The rooms were very tired and the bathroom especially was in great need of a re-fit. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. The hotel had run out of hand soap (???) and so there was none in our bathroom. Someone from the cleaning team helpfully brought me a bar of Dial after the front desk had told me that they didn’t think we would get any. It’s really weird to not have soap.

I wish there were a dairy free milk option so was disappointed they didn't offer that. Was surprised about the paid parking for the hotels lot. That was disappointing.
