We had a wonderful stay! Everything was fantastic, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality and kindness of the entire team.
We observe Shabbat, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They kindly helped us with the doors and made sure we were comfortable throughout Shabbat. Every time we had a request, the team was helpful, understanding, and genuinely willing to assist. This level of care and respect meant so much to us and made us feel truly welcome.
The restaurant, The Mark Bistro, was also a great experience. We enjoyed the food, and the restaurant staff were lovely, attentive, and welcoming.
A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. It is rare to experience such thoughtful service, where people genuinely care about their guests and are happy to help with every little detail.
Five stars without a doubt! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly goes the extra mile. ❤️
Great location and great comfort
The staff is rude and almost make you feel unwelcome and unwanted in a very passive aggressive method. Very disappointing.
Size of the room, cleanliness
Breakfast wasn’t Hilton standard at all. The hotel was quite far from city centre.

Clean and beautiful hotel . Beds are comfortable. Good size of room .
Staff at the reception were grumpy. Not very well comming . Like you seen a ghost. No smile what so ever. We got 2 bedroom suites, and shampoo and moisture bottles were empty. They overcharged my bill. Luckily, i checked. However, they refunded.
Huge spacious suite . Very clean . Loved the lobby restaurant . Excellent food . Breakfast was amazing and service . Loved the view from the elevator .
Was not crazy about the pool and hot tub area felt old and outdated .

I had to ask for slippers which u felt should have been provided as u was staying 5 night
