Close to venue I was attending
Staying in second building to go to the pool you have to walk a far distance or go outside . You also have to book a time slot to use the pool .

Lobby was very welcoming upon arrival. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and quite large with newer furniture.
Rooms didn’t have extra pillows or blankets. No microwave and fridge didn’t keep item cold.
The pool isn’t operated by the actual hotel and reservations were needed to use it. Sessions were only 45 minutes long. Hockey tournament during our stay and kids were running and yelling until 1:30 am.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had good sheets and was comfortable to sleep in. The furniture was in good shape and did not look worn.
The bathroom showed some moderate signs of age.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and unacceptable incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel on the night of July 4, 2025.
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, I was issued a key card for Room 605. Upon attempting to enter the room, I was met with a terrifying and shocking experience—someone inside the room shouted at me as I opened the door. This unexpected confrontation caused me and my companions significant emotional distress and fear. We were visibly shaken and felt completely unsafe.
I immediately returned to the front desk to report what had happened. Initially, I was told that the room was unoccupied and that I must have made a mistake. The front desk staff then accompanied me back to Room 605. When we opened the door, the room was indeed empty—but there was a strong odor of marijuana and trash on the floor, clearly indicating recent occupancy. This only intensified our fear and confusion.
At that point, the front desk changed their explanation, saying they would check for alternative accommodations. However, they soon informed me that Room 605 was the last available room. I strongly objected and demanded to review the surveillance footage and requested a refund due to the safety concerns. To temporarily placate me, the hotel assigned me to a different room.
Unfortunately, the new room had serious maintenance issues, which I immediately reported that same night by phone. I was told that someone would be sent to fix the problem, but no one ever came. By then, it was already 3 a.m.—I was exhausted, frightened, and distressed. I asked that someone from management contact me the following day to resolve the issue. However, no one ever followed up, nor did anyone reach out to offer assistance.
On the evening of July 6, at approximately 8:00 p.m., I personally went to the front desk and reported the issue again. Once again, I was promised that someone would be sent “right away,” but no one eve

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and appreciated the thoughtful fruit basket and card provided during our stay while the hotel was undergoing construction.
After checkout, there was a miscommunication, and once I contacted the hotel, Mohit Singh, Grace at the front desk, and Manager Marcos communicated with me professionally and consistently until the matter was resolved.
Special thanks to Grace for her exceptional customer service and Marcos for personally following up. Overall, the team’s professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out.
Great housekeeping and front desk staff. Efficient, and very friendly and helpful.
Some maintenance work meant not all facilities (coffee bar in main lobby) were available during my stay.
