The most horrible hole on earth!

Nothing! I don't know how this shed is categorized as a hotel. It's a cave!

The most horrible experience I've ever had while traveling! Sadly I was with my kids and parents who suffered with me. This thing is old, disgusting and totally ruined! There was a leak from the sealing on the bed and on the floor. Actually thought the hole floor and it was squeezing water when stepping on it. I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES AS PROOF FOR EVERYTHING I'M SAYING! One of our EXIT doors was sealed with SCOCH TAPE so anyone can get in our room! everything was old and ruined. The banisters were broken, there was a hole in the wall. The view instead of the sea was of roofs and rusted satellite dishes. The bed was tilted and gutted in the middle.
They offered us to change the rooms but 1. We paid for the view and 2. The new rooms were in worse condition.
They DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE A PHOTO! There was a window but in front of it was a stair case wrapped in sheets so THERE WAS NO LIGHT IN THE ROOM! But the man who showed me the rooms stood in front of me and didn't allow me to take the pics!
And they didn't refund me anything!
We left and we ended up exosted, hungry and without a roof over our head.
Stay away from this hole!

Pros:

Personnel sympathique surtout la réceptionniste. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et complet. Superbe vue sur mer. Et un emplacement stratégique proche de tous et bien desservi en métro et tramway.

Cons:

5 étages sans ascenseur, il faut être sportif. Et le matelas pas confortable

A tisztaság megfelelő. Mindennap van takarítás.

Water is big problem at the hotel. Sometimes water disappears. Rooms are not cleaning daily. Breakfast are disgusting less variety. Everywhere are cats. Stairs not comfortable.

Nagyon rossz volt
Cons:

Nagyon rossz állapota volt a szobának, egy félóra múlva inkább elmentünk a hotelből. Semmi nem olyan volt, mint a képeken, nem is volt a szobának terasza mint ahogy hirdették és veszélyes volt a lépcső is amin a szobához kellett felmenni fent a szoba előtt a magasban nyitott volt a folyosó fújt a szél életveszélyes volt. A szobában az ablak egy vékonyka üveg volt ami széles ragasztó szalaggal volt megragasztva az üveg alatt kb fél centi rès végig.

Все было именно так, как ожидала, местный вайб))) приветливость, дружелюбно настроенное окружение, готовность подсказать, помочь... Мой номер - одноместный с большой кроватью, окнами на "живую" улицу (специально окно открывала вечером) и балкончиком со столиком и стульчиками (вечером приятно посидеть, перекусить). Рядом всё! - и магазинчики и кафе, ресторашки, и трамвай. До Голубой мечети, АйяСофии, площади Баязит легко пешком дойти. До парома полчаса пешком или пара минут до трамвая и три остановки проехать. На набережной можно купаться) местные купались, и я тоже) вода - огонь, чистая, теплая

хорошо бы полноценный завтрак ввести, с яичницей/омлетом/овощами. Сейчас вроде только нарезка ветчины, сыр, хлопья, как-то так

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS, COMPLETE SCAM!
Pros:

This place is an absolute disgrace and nothing short of a scam. The photos online are completely misleading, what you see is not what you get. The room I was given looked like it hadn’t been touched in years: dirty floors, a bed that was literally falling apart, and a mattress that was so old and thin it felt like sleeping on wooden planks.
To make things worse, the bathroom was disgusting. The drain was blocked and the entire room smelled terrible. I complained and was moved to another room, but it wasn’t any better, just another version of the same nightmare.
No staff members spoke any English, making it impossible to get any kind of help or service. On top of that, the cleaning lady used chlorine everywhere, in the rooms, the stairwell, the lobby, and the smell was overpowering and nauseating. It felt more like a chemical warehouse than a hotel.
This place isn’t worth even 1 lira. I genuinely hope this hotel shuts down so no other travelers are scammed like I was. Do yourself a favor: spend a little more elsewhere and get a decent, honest place to stay. This was a terrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Sehr sehr sehr sehr dreckig. Im Zimmer stillt es nach Kanalisation. Dachterrasse sieht nicht mal annähernd so aus wie auf den Fotos. Bettbezüge dreckig, ich würde hier nicht mal kostenlos übernachten. Fotos entsprechen definitiv nicht der Realität.

Rooms are quite tight with low ceiling (on the 4th floor at least). Beware walking on the steep stairs.
