Absolutely Terrible.
Pros:

This Embassy Suites is undergoing a major renovation and will be under construction for the foreseeable future. If you enjoy staying at a construction site, this is your ideal place. And the workers begin promptly at 8 AM. We stayed here March 1, 2026, on the night of the "Firemen's Ball" which was attended by 500 firemen and their families. We arrived late after being on the road for ten hours. My husband had to park the car almost a quarter mile away. I could have overlooked all of this, however, we could not get into our room for a half hour + because the key(s) would not scan properly to unlock the door to our room. After three trips to the lady at a makeshift front desk to try new keys, she accompanied us to the room with her "Master" key - which did not work either. After two calls to a maintenance man, he finally arrived and was able to unlock the door to let us inside the room. The lady said she would "compensate" us for our trouble. The key worked once for us as a trial test and the next morning did not work again. One of us had to stay in the room at all times to let the other inside the room. We did not attend the free breakfast. When I checked out, the new lady at the front desk informed me that since I had a "non-refundable" reservation, no compensation would be afforded. EVEN if none of this happened, I would not stay here again. The suite had a nice size living room and bedroom, however, the bathroom is no bigger than a closet. The door going into the bathroom must be shut in order to get inside the shower. No wonder that there are no pictures featuring the bathroom. I have been a "Hilton's Honor" client for many years. This $200+ per night stay at the Embassy Suites/Coldstream was not a pleasant experience. Buyer Beware!

Discount needed for hotel under construction. Should close their doors.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction, dust everywhere. The smell of paint was overwhelming. Noise from drills and construction first thing in the morning. The breakfast was very poor, cold, not like other embassy suite breakfasts. No discount for the inconveniences. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Our room stayed warmer than we would have liked the entire weekend. No matter how low we adjusted the thermostat it stayed up at 69+ degrees but felt warmer and stuffer than what it read.

Nothing , I blame bookings .com for not letting me know it was under construction 😡

Cons:

Under construction , no food available in the evening , limited breakfast . Stayed 3 times before and that’s why I went back . Shut water off to entire facility at 9 am next morning . Want my money back , so disappointed in booking.com for not letting me know when I booked .
