Cons:

Trouble getting checked in. They couldn’t get credit card machine to work. Room key didn’t work I had to come back down to the desk, there were items in the floor of the room missed by house keeping. And the shampoo was empty in the shower.

Home away from home, extremely comfortable & worth every penny sent!
Pros:

It was clean, quiet & I felt safe there I absolutely loved it there, when I come back this will definitely be the place I stay at from now on! I love the room set up, front desk was so helpful at check in & she was so accommodating! This was literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at & I’ve been to Lex more than a few times! I cannot stop raving about my stay here honestly!!! The cheeseburger & sweet potato fries from the grill was pretty good as well the young lady Lauren, was super sweet & helpful!

Cons:

Nothing it was fabulous!

Overpriced for my experience

Cons:

Pool was freezing cold. Ask staff to check the temp. Never came. Never communicated with me. Text them and they stated it was max temp. No way! Room had an alcoholic beverage bottle in the Othman. Definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Did show staff on check out.

Overall, our day was good. I appreciate the free complementary drinks and not appetizers. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely setting by Coldstream Park
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room. Great shower. Great bed. Coldstream park is next door— so great for walking or jogging.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is newly renovated. My door kept getting stuck but I saw that they are replacing the doors.

Don't do it
Pros:

This place is the worst. Don't believe any of the reviews. Our door doesn't fit so it sticks and you have to be a bodybuilder to open it. Not the room we reserved. What a dump.

Reservations not Honored
Pros:

Booked a double queen room in May of 2025 for graduation in May of 2026. I had this reservation for over a year! Show up and guess what….they are overbooked and gave the room away. This is after waiting 15 minutes for someone to even show at the front desk. We did check in at 11:30 pm, but we called ahead of time to confirm tge room AND checked in with digital key. They tried to put us in a king, but someone was in the room. It took a literal hour to finally get us in a king room. Don’t trust your reservations at this hotel, it was a hot mess! I was a pretty loyal customer of Hilton, but the reviews about busy weekends are correct-they truly don’t care.
